We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesOne of the four nights there, the restaurant staff did not turn off the thumping music and it played all night long. Wasn't until went to breakfast that figured out it was the restaurant's music. One lift never worked. The coffee machine at breakfast didn't taste good. 2 mornings staff made brewed coffee - much better.
The room was excellent- spacious, clean, very comfortable and had everything would want. The restaurant was great for dinner. The view of river awesome. Parking was great during week, had to park on street on weekend because full- but worked out fine parked right in front of hotel.

The location was ideal for the event we were attending. The room was quite spacious and beautifully decorated. The restaurant had lovely food and a nice chilled atmosphere.

Great newly renovated hotel right on the Abbey river and close to everything by foot. Felt very safe and the room was large and well maintained with comfortable bed. Staff was really pleasant and helpful in every way.
