The only thing that wasnt great, was the water pressure in the shower. Was ok, but could do with a bit more ooomph!

Stayed here before (on a weekend when it's a lot noiser because of the music in the bar downstairs). But its comfortable, good value, great breakfast, friendly staff. This time it was midweek and very quiet in the surrounding area. Theres always someone on check out to help. Our room was better than I expected. Room 205.

Nothing particularly bad at all. One thing to think about - lift only goes to first floor so if you have difficulties carrying it might be a challenge.

A convenient part of town and we stayed midweek so not too noisy at all. Windows are well glazed so noise wasn’t a problem. The bar next door was great. Good food and lovely staff. Multi-storey car park is literally a stones throw so again, very convenient for the hire car

There is no parking. We booked this place because travelling through Ireland by car and this was one of the very few options in Limerick that said had parking space close by. The closest and cheapest is a 15 minute walk 24 hour parking that cost us 40€, so don’t book here if you’re expecting to park close.

We stayed in room 208 was extremely tight. Very small room. We stayed only one night but if our stay was any longer I would have requested a room change.

They are very open about the noise levels and warn customers before booking to stay, which is perfectly fine, our room was also over what we think was a bathroom which resulted in a very loud hand dryer going off every 2 seconds till the early hours! Room very small and we didn’t feel it was worth the €200 price tag for one night.

The hotel is right next to a very loud and busy bar that plays live music min two days in a week - Thusday and Saturday. Its so loud that you feel like there is smth huge collapsing onto your head!

Despite the greatness in it all. I did feel like it was a little pricey for the room. Otherwise, a really nice room and place to stay.

Breakfast wasn’t included. Paid €15 each, it was ok, not great. My friend ordered steak with “creamy mash”, it was served with chips. He thought he had read it incorrectly, but checked after and he was right. Told our server and he just said sorry. Otherwise everything else was good. Thank you.

Staff at breakfast were amazing, as was our breakfast! Big room, everything very clean. Location is excellent, and parking though not at the hotel really is right beside the hotel. Had read reviews re noise from bar so was expecting that. Band may aswell have been in our room it was so loud but band outside downstairs were amazing. We made the most of it and had a bedroom dance party. After 12.30 music died down and we went to sleep in very comfortable beds.
