The thinness of the walls between the chalet bedrooms meant there would have been problems if our neighbours had been noisy. As it was, we could hear snoring from next door.

The view from the chalet bedrooms where we stayed was lovely, and we particularly liked the separated outdoor seating areas. The breakfast menu offered a very good choice, with gluten-free options.

WiFi password wasn't offered though not a major pitfall. Fresh fruit at breakfast time would have been preferable to tinned fruit!

When we arrived there was a warm welcome from Rita our host. The room was spotless & comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Dinner was good, freshly prepared & well presented. Breakfast nicely presented & again nicely served. Good advice & tips about where to visit locally . The location was ideal for travelling around the Penninsula. Overall a very positive experience.

The only downside is that there's no wifi in the garden rooms, although you could argue that the lack of it does contribute to a more relaxing holiday 😉

Absolutely beautiful stay in one of the garden rooms, great breakfast. We also had dinner the evening before and it was very tasty, you could taste that every single ingredient was super fresh. The garlic potatoes are to die for!

Our room was directly above the kitchen. The room reflected the dinnertime aromas, but after dinner the aromas dissipated quickly.

The owners are extremely welcoming and nice, location and Kilcrohane are wonderful, meals were terrific

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant each night, which we enjoyed We were in a garden room which had out door seating on a patio with beautiful flowers and a rural view. The rooms were very accessible which we needed. The furnishings were a little dated.

The property and rooms need a bit of updating. The breakfast was great, but evening meals were quite expensive for the amount and quality of the food.

Friendly and warm welcome. Dietary requirements no problem for the kitchen.

The bathroom needed a deeper clean and extractor fan was faulty. Towels were too small and thin. TV was tiny. There were a few small faulty items we discussed with host that they were unaware of. These were minor issues and would still stay again.

we had a spacious room, comfy bed and nice decked area outside room in an external wooden building with lovely gardens and own outside table and chairs. Friendly hosts and we were one of the last guests of the season staying on a Sunday and they offered to open restaurant just for us: we didn’t need that but was a nice thoughtful offer.

We had to leave early and it was disappointing that we could not get breakfast before 8.30, but the hosts were very accommodating and provided us with cereal, fruit and yoghurt to eat in our room.
