We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AzerbaijanAs in all hotels in Ireland, this hotel has the same problems and the same low quality of service. But rents are always rising.
Since this hotel is a place where refugees stay, the workers there, their order and behavior are adjusted accordingly. When I entered the hotel, the reception's behavior towards me was the same. A very cold welcome, no information was given about the hotel. The room was not bad, but there was no light in the room, there was no refrigerator, and there were no slippers provided for single use. The heating system of the room could go up to a maximum of 22 degrees. hotel fire alarm went off for 10 minutes every day in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon and so on. This caused us to get out of bed in panic. Later, repair and renovation works are carried out in the building, and the sound of the drill penetrates directly into the human brain. The breakfast was very simple. Lunch was delicious and satisfying. We had dinner at the restaurant, it was not high quality or fresh at all. Cleaning and cleaning workers were good, I thank them all. Service-5/10 Room-8/10 Breakfast-5/10 Cleaning-9/10 Bed-8/10

Rooms clean and beds very comfy and was able to open window for fresh air, even when we were in the 10th floor… Loved the mutual in the wall outside too but could not find it written anywhere as to who painted it or what it represented…

IrelandThe quality of breakfast has disimproved since my last stay, low in fruit and no yoghurts on display. Much as we love the sun, the restaurant isn’t equipped to deal with it in the morning, everyone seemed a bit blinded by it with no blinds on the windows, or non visible at least. I had to return a burnt pizza, completely charred underneath, it shouldn’t have left the kitchen that way. The staff were very apologetic and the replacement pizza was very good
