Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property is very good. Very clean and hygienic rooms. Above all, the staffs were very welcoming and courteous. Breakfast was quite good. Room service was prompt. Overall, a very good stay and would love to visit again. Recommend friends.

Most friendly and welcoming staff, From check in to check out it was exceptionally smooth and hustle free. Property is clean and totally away from noice even though it is in the heart of the city. More than the property, the staffs are amazing from the front office, house keeping to restaurent, a big WOW. Well done Hamilton and will surely visit again.

I'm unsure who let us down—whether it was Booking.com or Adarsh Hamilton. We had requested two large beds or one extra-large bed. Instead, we received a queen-sized bed, and upon complaining to Booking.com, we were provided with an extra bed. To make matters worse, the price agreed upon with Booking.com differed from that at Adarsh; they stated the Booking.com rates did not include GST, and we had to pay an additional amount at the hotel. I am very disappointed with this unprofessional handling. The representative from Booking.com suggested I speak directly to the hotel to resolve the issue. However, when I questioned the necessity of using a platform if issues had to be sorted directly, she asked me to send the invoice.

Beware, this hotel will hit you with service charges & arbitrary commissions when checking out. In addition at the breakfast room, they hosted a convention which included stand up meetings for about 50 delegates all talking & shouting above their voices with total disregard for hotel guests 🤮🤮🤮

United States1. Bathroom is very small and no ventilation at all. 2. Bathroom had weird smell. 3. AC wasn't cooling enough. 4. We had a AC leak - I had booked 3 rooms. One had AC leak over the night and in one, room service took off the toilet lid. 5. It was hot in the hall and we had to request to turn on the AC. 6. Poor hospitality - Except one short gentleman at the front desk everyone else wasn't very professional (no courtesy of saying good morning, good evening and not even smile). 7. Very stingy with their toilet paper. I literally called every other day to restock. 8. For $83(7000INR) per night, I wasn't expecting the bad quality of Stay.

The staff was a bit rude while checking in. After 09:30 pm, no visitors are allowed to go to the room. My flight was delayed and my friend came to visit me at 10:00 pm. They didn't allow him. They have charged an extra bed for a night to allow my friend to go to the room for a catch-up. Morning, no clod water in the bathroom. Water was boiling hot. Most of the TV channels were not working. After a complaint, nothing was done. Lack of customer care and was shocked & surprised the ratings in booking.com
