The breakfast was not a usual buffet as indicated. The staff would bring a couple of dishes to our table. The options were very limited. Nevertheless, the food was good.

There wasn't already a quilt or blanket in the rooms, we had to call them to give blankets. One room had a kettle the other didn't. Also there wasnt water in the shower on one room because we stayed just one night so we overlooked a few things as we had to leave immediately the next day. We also felt the inconvenience as there were no proper charging plug points. The two we did get were hard to reach behind the side tables and the bed. The lift is a little scary and i think it needs some repair. It doesn't move we got a scare while trying to use it as it didn't move even after the doors being shut.

Liked the staff. Very much represents the rajasthani hospitality. The staff in the kitchen and restaurant are especially upbeat and serving with a smile. The interior is very beautiful. All spaces are very picturesque and beautifully done. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant was a beautiful space as well. Great furniture, the interior doesn't look cheap. The breakfast was very homely and nice and they served us nicely and asked if we needed something throughout the time we had breakfast. The staff was more than happy to do what we asked for. I really appreciated how clean everything was. Also, the price was reasonable. Usually hotels charge way too much,they overestimate themselves. This place was had the perfect tariff for what it had.

The roof top view is amazing, and perfect place if you want a quieter stay slightly away from the lake. There is a vehicle rental place just besides the hotel which was a plus

Food is average.

It is a budget hotel not a 3 star hotel as shown in your site. The rooms are big and clean, with comfortable beds. Service needs improvement. Food is average. The breakfast buffet spread is not so good. The restaurant staff Harikishan is too good. Good for budget traveller.

Location was good, plenty of restaurants around the area. Room was as described, clean neat and comfortable. Restaurant was good nice food and service was very good.

We reached late evening and wanted to order room service since we had driven the whole day. At first no one picked up the call and when they did the options were limited to just jeera rice, mutton curry and one vegetable which also were not very appetising. There was nothing else that I could order and the reason given to me was that the chef wasn’t there ( even boondi raita they said wasn’t possible as they didn’t have boondi ) I found this very odd and strange and not something that I would expect. ( It wasn’t even late night that we were trying to order the food. it was 8.15 pm so very much during dinner time )

at this time of year, it was a little cold and there was no way of providing heat in the room.

The style and decor felt traditional and very pretty. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. All staff are extremely friendly especially Harikishan the wonderful restaurant manager.

Curtains as it is opening from middle anyone from opposite building can see your entire room.. it should be opening from either of the side

The hotel staff is very good d polite.. restaurant serves good food... Breakfast is nice and have multiple variety... Hotel is bit costly but serves the delicious food. Mr Sharma restaurant staff is very polite and helpful.

Front of desk, Mr. Mintu Singh was extremely helpful and kind. I had a bad allergic reaction and Mr.Singh and owner, Mr. Prithvi were very hospitable about it. The kitchen staff realized I had an early morning train and offered to pack me breakfast which is them going out of their way. I really appreciated that. The hotel is clean, and being a solo female traveller, I'm always worried about safety and cleanliness. I had absolutely no issues on both those accounts. Would highly recommend this property.

1. Open parking, vehicles got extremely heated in sunlight. 2. No mirror in front of the dressing table in the room, which may be somewhat uncomfortable for the ladies. 3. Only one window for the without balcony room. 4. Found small cockroaches at the table and bathroom door. Please implement paste control after certain intervals. 5. Only one tower bolt is provided to lock the door from inside which seems to be less safe for the person inside the room. Kindly provide a strong door lock or Latch.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned of the previous residents stuff. Pls change your towels Kettle and glasses were not clean. We had to wash them properly with soap ourselves.
