I stayed two times at the hotel. The rooms are decent, clean, but small and with a humid smell. But it is a great value for money for the location. It is close to so many restaurants, canteens, and grocery shops. It is close by the Colaba market and the Gate of India. the neighbourhood is very safe as well.

The hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, so that can be a bit inconvenient, but it's nothing major.

The location was great, very close to the Gateway Of India, the Colaba market. There are food options right outside the hotel, which is very convenient.

The room is quite good but unfortunately the DISH connection was not proper work. On request they recharged Evey day. The billing system is not good. They are not providing receipt of any payment.

Room is good , good ventilation , which feels you comfortable during the stay.

Rooms, Facilities, and Breakfast. There are extra noise outside of the room which is so irritating.

Staffs are so friendly and the location is good. Breakfast is so poor and there is no coffee or Tea in the room. We need to ask for drinking water which is supposed tp provide 2 bottles free. Overall, there is no questions for 3-star rating as we booked a room based on at least 3-star facilities. They said it is behind Taj Hotel but it is not true at all.

1)Flight got delayed, reached hotel at 21:00 2)The person at the reception was nice but he said the rooms were given away. 3)The reason for this being, me not informing them that I come later than 18:00 and that it's mentioned in the conditions of booking 4) I checked this condition,.did not see anywhere in my booking such a condition written 5) Evenso, there was no notification from the hotel that my booking is getting cancelled when it was 18:00. I traveled 2 hours from Airport in this direction due to a confirmed booking. Booking.com officials please note this hotel and give them notification to update their conditions correctly and also make guidelines that the customer is notified by the cancellation happening from the hotel side. Only thing good I felt was, the guy at reception helped to give me some tips to find hotels nearby.

This place is very bad and not in a good location.The building is under construction i think cos they had like a green material covering the front of the building very untidy. Entrance to the hotel is on the3rd floor no lift you must carry your luggage up 3 floors to check in. Very doggie. This place is nothing like the photos on this site very misleading I will never recommend you book here cosyou will be very disappointed. I had to find another place to stay that night and we traveled the whole day and was tired but we couldn't stay there very bad.
