The accommodation is located in a smaller alley, which at first is less easy to spot. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated, but still functional.

Cosy hotel, with a small inner garden. The staff was kind and we could extend our stay on a short notice. The location is convenient, close to the center. The room was clean and airconditioned. Breakfast was simple but good, with a few basic options to choose from.

The price was a lot for a budget/mid hotel as the bathroom and some parts of room a little shabby but it is all quite pricey in Bengaluru

The courtyard garden and the cute little corridors and balconies and all the greenery. Rooms were really quiet and we had a kettle to make tea for ourselves at night and in the morning

Everything was good.

The family that owned the property lived on the ground floor. There was always someone available to help with advice about travel and to provide things like an iron, hairdryer etc. They were very friendly and approachable.

It took some effort to get cabs. This caused some anxiety and necessitated not staying out late

It was hard to find the air conditioning.

The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff went out if their way to make sure we were cared for.

Very surprised and disappointed at the size of the price mark-up on a 33ml bottle of Kingfisher beer. Buy your beer elsewhere. Also, if you want WiFi to work, you will need to sit outside.

A haven of greenery and peace in the noisy, traffic soaked bedlam that is Bangalore. Efficient staff and a good range of choices at breakfast made this an enjoyable place to stay. Lazar runs the show very effectively and stands out as one of the most capable hotel managers that we have ever met in our travels around India.

Cosy and friendly. Location brilliant. Delicious breakfast. Great Garden to sit in like being out of the big city in a lush open space when you got home. Very good hotel organised transfer to airport great for international travellers.

The hosts were initially rude to us for being busy with an important event and not being able to transfer an advance despite booking a room with no prepayment and pay at property. However late they understood and allowed us to check-in.

The location was great. The rooms looked great. The ambience was amazing. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Some rooms can be a little small. We know there are larger rooms in the property and would have chosen these if we had understood the size of the room earlier. We will next time.

The room that I stayed in -needed to be done up. It was a bit tired.Clearly the linen has seen better days. The smell in the bathroom& the noise of the exhaust was jarring..One suggestion would be to show the guests everything about the room (switches for hot water, Air con etc)on check in.

Breakfast was excellent. The ambience was very good with an old world charm.The greenery & quietness in the midst of a manic city was surprising.The location is a bonus.Extremely safe for solo female guests.

Delicious breakfast, the room, and the whole ambience were well set up with all the facilities as provided in the description. That place was a gem in the heart of the city. The outside seating was a bonus.

Street in front of hotel was all broken up and pipes being laid in. Very inconvenient for taxi pick up.

It could do with some maintenance. It wasn’t dirty but a bit run down in some places. The wifi needs to be stronger, it was unreliable.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was a good size for two and had the basics. We stayed here twice and I think we got a free upgrade the second time as the room was bigger and had more amenities. But even the first room was great. Well located - near nice restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, ATM etc.
