Great experience. Would highly recommend the resort. Lovely boutique hotel and Joet's is a great eatery with a warm Goan vibe on the beach. Guests get a discount. Spacious rooms on a green property and large pool.

Everything is comfortable but the pool needs to be cleaned in short interval of time.

The staff is very helpful and polite. I asked to arrange a taxi for my airport drop and they helped with it and everything was arranged on time.

After days in tents and beach huts we stumbled into Coconut Creek and it just is "International standard chic, luxury". Attractive up/down chalet rooms solidly build (brick and tile) in a safe, charming, coconut grove setting with night-lit walkways and well tended planting. It's small enough to be charming and big enough to feel slick. Breakfast was great with plenty of fruit and a full Indian buffet. Our room was roomy, sleek, stylish with nice tiling and textiles, fine linen and a big comfy bed. Everything worked. Staff were attentive and charming, all immaculate in caramel coloured uniforms and smiley. The pool and surround were inviting,the sun beat down, towels, showers and sun beds all tip top....and then as if all that wasn't enough, a gate leads out of the compound and down through a dusty track to Bogmalo beach (which doesn't get such a great press in the guidebooks but is actually rather good) and the hotel's 'sister' beach cafe right on the best coconut-fringed end of the beach with its own daytime sunbeds for guests to use and nights dining under the stars. Has it allo I'd say. But it is pricey for Goa- but actually all things considered, rather good value.

That horrible, big women at the reception (don't know her name)!! So unhelpful and ignorant, you could call her Mrs. Couldn'tCareLess!! All the requests I made (taxi, invoice, etc.) were impossible tasks for her and I was given X reasons why it is not possible right now. She was just not willing to do her job. When her shift was over and I made the same requests with her colleague, they were able to help me within minutes. Such a person should not be working in a hotel of this price category.

This place is exceptionally beautiful, cosy and pretty well maintained. Pool is large and nice and it is a very short walk (5 mins) to a local beach which is nice and uncrowded. I stayed here twice - on my way to South Goa for one night and then another night on my way from South Goa. The ride to GOI airpot won't take longer than 15 mins.

The beach is quite small and there was a lot of plastic bottles / litter on the beach

The hotel feels small and boutique, it is close to the beach and the restaurant there on the beach has amazing food and some entertainment. The staff are helpful and rooms are a good size. Nice hotel to stay in before or after a flight as it’s so close to the airport . Staff are helpful.

The way to the Resort from Airport was little confusing for the first time due to it's interior location .

A tiny but complete Resort , beach is about 4-5minutes walk through a narrow path . Breakfast was well spread out. Staff at dinning were attentive . Reception desk won the heart started with Sohel, Seemran, Rosalene, Bhagyashree . Resort's travel car and driver (Ikbal) very cooperative and they all helped us to explore exactly what we were looking for .

Some of the soft furnishings in our room could do with updating;- clean but needs bringing up-to-date.

Great location which was close to the airport but very little noise. Lovely pool and lounger facilities and our room overlooked the pool area which was very nice to look at. Our room was spacious &, along with our bathroom, was very clean The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good; & changed daily. The food at the restaurant was very enjoyable, tasty & at a very reasonable price. The resort was less than a 10 min stroll to Bogmalo Beach and the sister restaurant where we had a lively meal watching the sun go down. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It was all good
