We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. In the evening, we enjoyed a drink at the open bar in the garden, which had a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. The waitstaff was not only kind but also incredibly polite, making our experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Agra. It offers both affordability and trustworthiness, which can be a rarity in a city filled with tourist traps.

ItalyI did not like the food. Dinner and breakfast present various dishes but the quality which is good is not super. The hotel is too busy. I have been in other Marriott that were much better. The staff at reception should understand clients' needs when they assign the rooms.

AustraliaWe booked this hotel the day before, when we arrived to the room we were given, the room smelt like petrol. We notified hotel staff and they immediately changed our rooms and even upgraded us to a better room free of charge. The staff at the hotel were amazing, so polite and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was good, pool was lovely, and rooms were nice and clean. We did happen to see some guests being quite rude to the staff at breakfast which was upsetting because the staff were working tirelessly to make sure everyone got a seat and had everything they needed. Over all we enjoyed our stay very much, we didn’t want to leave! Also nice and close to the Taj Mahal

Mr.Narendra at Travel desk arranged for visit to Taj, fathepur sikri and visits to temple at mathira. All tours were well managed with good professional guides and drivers.Mr.Narendra is very efficient and arranges tours on short notice.

IndiaThe reception staff is pathetic. The guy played smart in giving us a small room with no view despite we having booked a premium room with pool side location. Upon asking they said they don’t have room with king side bed. Finally senior guy came and gave us the room booked!! Basically the staff tried his luck!! The front staff is least responsive of any queries ( even if basic water bottle requirement) and donot convey to the staff!!
Breakfast and the staff attending at the breakfast were really good. The hotel was clean and had most amenities for the kids.
