Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaPool was dirty. Everyone was entering in the pool even many of were not wearing swimming costumes & no one was there to stop them to enter the pool. No Hi-tea was available there & was not expecting that 5 star property doesn’t have Hi-tea option. At the time of check in . No one was helping out to tell us about the amenities are available in the property.They had just did the formalities and handed over the keys to me. On my asking they answered my questions. There was no welcoming drinks before check in. I was not expecting this such type of things. Except this property ,we get a warm welcome at other property like Fairmont Jaipur, Hyaat residency jaipur, Shiv Villas jaipur.
It was clean and ambience was good and behaviour of the staff was 😊 good breakfast was awesome.& the taste of the food was out of the world.
