Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff hospitality was gold star. Each employee we interacted with was amazing. Our stay of 6 days was awesome, housekeeping was prestine. Food at Bayleaf was delicious, momos was great as well.

IndiaThe concierge/ reception manager didn’t provide an invoice and said that it will be emailed out which never came through. Tried following up but no luck. The price was also on the higher side considering the time of the year. I had booked one way airport transfer which the hotel initially denied but after some phone calls and emails with booking.com customer service, it was resolved. So, it wasn’t a very smooth booking and check-in process.
The suite was spacious and had separate bedroom and a living room. The location was connected with the city pretty well. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety.

United KingdomThe bathrooms, rooms and swimming pool area were a little tired due to the age of the hotel. However, we were informed the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. Overall we had a lovely stay and the customer service was faultless.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were made welcome throughout our time. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of choices. The front desk/reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping were very friendly, attentive and provided an excellent quality of service and care. I highly reccomend the hotel. We really enjoyed the music by Shabaaz Khan every morning at breakfast. We would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by all the staff who made our stay very special, particularly by Pakhuri, Shabita And Sarita.

IndiaThey seemed to be understaffed. Although the staff, when we could get their attention, were nice, we were left to deal with a lot of things on our own. For example, my wife and I had to carry all our luggage to and from the car during check-in and check-out by ourselves, which involved multiple trips - there was no one to even hold the hotel’s doors open. Similarly, during breakfast, it was very difficult getting a hold of any staff for anything.
Excellent breakfast spread with a lot of variety. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a prime location, just minutes away from the Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition Center.
