The swimming pool was not very curated but was overall ok. The stuff is very gentle and kind but sometimes too much. It can be overwhelming to have continuous questions during breakfast time when you probably want to be in a calm and relaxed environment.

The property is clean and very nicely decorated. My room has a beautiful view overlooking the Taj Mahal. Very spacious and comfortable.

The only think that detracted was the drain in the bathroom had a weird, unpleasant smell. We kept the door to the bathroom closed whenever we could to contain it. In fairness, we didn't bring it up to staff because we were only there one nights so we didn't give them an opportunity to fix it.

The room was very comfortable, with a view of the Taj Mahal. The staff were very helpful and we loved the pool on the roof, I just wish it was open a little later in the evening. We had breakfast and lunch there and both were delicious, with a wide range of options.

We had the room facing the Taj Mahal, which was also facing the main road. This meant that we could hear the sounds of the main road too. As our room was 1 level below the roof top bar of the hotel, we can hear music coming from the top too. Perhaps the room can be sound proof better. We went to check out the pool in the late morning and saw it was slightly murky and as such did not want to try it out.

The hotel lobby and the room were nice. The staff were nice and attentive. The breakfast was great too! At 5am, the smoke detector was ringing very loudly in the room. We did not smoke, but was told by the staff that the room next to ours had someone smoking. They attended to us as soon as they can and took out the whole smoke detector

Our stay was really great, but our only comment here would be that at times during the breakfast/dinner service the staff were perhaps too attentive (e.g. multiple people asking the same question, coming over very frequently when trying to eat).

The hotel is clean and wonderfully maintained. Our room was comfortable and the food selection at breakfast and dinner was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. They helped us organise a tour of the Taj Mahal and our transport to the train station (plus generally being happy to help with any questions we had about sightseeing etc.). The new Agra Metro is directly outside the hotel and is a great way to access the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort without having to deal with traffic (also very easy to use).

Good sized room, great a/c, excellent rooftop with views of the Taj Mahal in the distance. It was lovely to sit in the pool chilling with the views around. Breakfast was plentiful. Nice friendly staff.

There is a roof restaurant but we were unable to use it due to rain, but it looked very nice. We had the buffet option at the main restaurant.

It was January and it can be cold in Agra at night so the heating not working was a problem. Some staff was sent to the room to fix it but nothing happened and in the end we were given a portable heater. As most of them a bit noisy but at least it kept the room warm.

It's a very good hotel, what you would expect for a 4 stars hotel (I've seen 5 stars like this one too), good food, very clean, comfortable beds. It must be great in the summer at the rooftop swimming pool and bar.

The TV did not work, but this was a common issue all over hotels in India. But not a major issue, this is not a place to watch TV.

Everything, this was my last stop in my journey through India, so wanted a luxurious experience. The hotel fulfilled my expectations, a huge room with fantastic facilities, the bathroom was very spacious including a shower and a bathtub. Staff was impeccable, smiling and looking forward for a comfy stay. I selected a room with breakfast and dinner included, a very good choice since the food was perfect, based on Indian flavours. Although staff was surprised to have a lone backpacker not taking all-inclusive private tours, they were very kind and made me feel welcome. Finally, the location is very good, 25 minute walk away from the Taj Mahal and 10 minute ride in tuk-tuk from the Agra Fort.

The breakfast and lunch buffet is simple. The travel desk did not inform about the fog and just make us book taj tour without able to see anything. The person also tell us to go the the park at night when the road is not even visible due to thick fog.
