there is some amount of mismanagement which can be addressed if the Management pays a bit more attention to details. Locks need to be changed, sheets MUST be WHITE and not stained!! Housekeeping staff needs training.

This property was built with the right thoughts and could be amazing if the owner appoints more staff, trains them well and removes the shop crowding and cluttering the reception area. Please ensure your digital room locks are in working condition. we had to wait for an hour as the door to our room with best view of the Ganges would just not open! The sheets were not clean and there was water trickling down from outside the window.. can be easily fixed but the management is not paying enough attention to these finer aspects. the rooftop restaurant is amazing, food was good and staff was cordial.

Reception Manager during the night is pathetic. He is casual, careless & doesn't know his job. The hotel as such seems under staffed.

Restaurant is the highlight of this hotel. Rest everything is mediocre.

It's main Highway facing so noise issues , and at the back of hotel there is major garbage hill or dumpyard.. sometimes it stinks.

Mukesh Singh was very caring and hospitable.Vishakha too was very hospitable; the waiting staff in the restaurant were pleasant and helpful.

Amenities are average including breakfast, room and any other facility but staffs are excellent and very friendly. This property don't deserve for 4 Start facility. It's a three start properly

The location is in the mid of the congested city. for 2pm check in we checked in at 6pm but the room was not ready. we had to ask for the towels n napkins. Bathroom was super flop area where after closing taps water stopped after half an hour. we did not get extra bed till 12 mid night and got it after repeated ph calks. it was a big disappointment as the rooms were not exactly like in the pic shown

the main desk staff, She was very courteous and she personally visited our room for our problems. The view of Ma Ganga🙏 from room. And inspite of many problems in the property helpful limited staff.

The attitude of staff who didn’t recognise your confirmation voucher

I had a confirmed voucher, inspite of this the staff at reception managing reception told me that I don’t have confirmation for Dinner included in booking. How strange ?? It was resolved when I protested and told of legal action

Rooms need overall maintenance, it is way away from sports activities. Atleast 45-60 minutes drive for all activities

breakfast was bad. room services was ok. No choice for one person. Room rate was very high. At that rate I stay in much better hotels. This was no amenity hotel. I also suspected negotiable rates different for everybody based on ability to negotiate. Although it was Ganga view hotel they were going room with city bad view. If I had not got the Ganga view room then it was not worth staying hotel.

room automation and cleanliness. High tea was great idea. just tea and sandwiches but felt good. Escort for Ganga Aarti. Vijay was simply too good. Going to Aarti was great shock. there were hundreds of people without mask. Slippery dirty ghat and people pushing around. it was scary and completely avoidable if known. But Vijay tried to protect me form crowd and escorted out before end to avoid rush. Location was good. Walkable from Ghat.

The tub was not draining properly. I paid a lot of money and the excuse I was given was a minor fault in the drainage. The rooms were drab with no character.

Staff was not courteous, we were denied cutlery because we got food from outside. Quality of food is not good. The room details were not mentioned properly on the app, the view of the room is mentioned in the description instead being mentioned along with the room's name.
