Was very crowded due to some event happening in the hotel .There is an event hall very close to the lobby and there was something going on ,on both the days we were there.I think they were short staffed as even after calling twice no one came to pick up the used plates and cutlery after we had in room dining.By morning the plates were stinking and we had to put them out .

The Karnataka CM was there on the day of our visit, hence the staff was occupied. Once escalated they did a great service recovery. The staff took very good care of us.

The property is very well located, just 2 kms from the palace. It’s priced well and the rooms are spacious. The food is excellent

The restaurant waiters shirt had terrible sweat smell. I guess they are demanded to work long hours, hence, no time to wash their clothes.

The amenities in the hotel are limited with a relatively smaller pool. Service across the board - restaurant, checkin and checkout process was slow and needs improvement.

The property is centrally located, is well maintained. The rooms are spacious and furnished with modern amenities. The breakfast spread was very good with plethora of options and the food tasted good.

However, my arrival coincided with the hotel being predominantly booked by college groups, which led to a noisy environment in the corridors. Despite multiple calls to the reception, it took some time for the situation to be addressed. While the hotel staff eventually managed to sort out the disturbance, guests looking for a tranquil holiday might find this aspect challenging.

I recently stayed at the JP Fortune Palace Hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The food was absolutely amazing, offering a great variety of delicious options. My room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

On two different days the house keeping staff disturbed our afternoon nap, just to check on the mini bar. They could have done it at a different time or when they were cleaning the room.

The location is everything. The checking in was seamless. The room was ready for us. It was clean, toileteries were provided& there was prompt response from the house keeping staff. The buffet breakfast was vast, varied& tasty.will certainly stay there in future.
