We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAttitude of staff. A no can do attitude. Staff at doorway disinterested. I have an elderly mum with me. There were three people just outside at the entrance. Non had courtesy to help my mum up the stairs. They were looking at their phones and chatting. Except for Gopal. The restaurant staff had a better attitude especially Seema and restaurant manager.
Room was nice. Bathroom clean. Seema in restaurant was helpful. As was Gopal at the door.

Breakfast was great and no trouble for any additional items to be made to order. Seema located at the restaurant always had a fabulous conversation with me and it was lovely seeing that I was visiting and my stay at the hotel was alone. Unfortunately I was not able to say goodbye to her on my departure please wish her the best. Bijay was accommodating when I checked in as I was not sure if I was going to stay the full duration but I did so thank you. My bags were brought down quickly when checking out. Definitely would revisit the hotel.
