Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaRoom lacked basic facilities like crockery when it had a kitchenette. TV and a few light bulbs were fixed after we pointed it out and thermostat control was not functioning so we couldn't control the bedroom temperature. Carpets could be cleaned better.

IndiaCommon walls are not sound proof. Lot of noise can be heard from adjacent rooms. If you are giving occupancy For 3 pax , then u must provide 3 towels. We had to literally beg for the 3rd towel. AC was not working efficiently especially post mid night till dawn. Mini bar was empty. U must keep sufficient tea coffee sachets if guest wants to repeat the same. The sachets provided were only for 2 persons. Keep one more option in the question u want to be answered DID THE PROPERTY MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS?. ADD OPTION - AVERAGE.

IndiaA 4+ star restaurant should at least have 3 decent restaurants within its premises. However, The Eatery, was the only restaurant operating, and, the spread of cuisines offered were limited. Although its everywhere, but at least for the Executive Suites all the television channels must be available.
The hotel allows zomato/swiggy orders within its premises, a great thing, and also compensates for its lack of in-house eating options.
