Indiasuggestion- should keep sanitary pads for women at a convenient location like in common washrooms or vending machines as it took very long to procure one and I could have missed my flight due to the delay. You should also upgrade your swimming pool as the one at JW Marriott is far better in terms of the pool & restaurant next to it & it feels luxurious compared to the one at Marriott Resort.

IndiaThe pool was a bit small. And closes too early. Especially in the summer when it’s so hot during the day, the pool should be open longer in the evenings. Shouldn’t be calling this a beachfront property. There’s no real beach access. And there’s too much noise from the ferries and party cruises all day. Housekeeping was really strange. They cleaned the room but didn’t clear the used glasses or ice bucket or used lime slices. It’s way too far from North Goa. At least 45 mins away from any “real beaches”. And it’s way too much in the heart of the city. It’s too much like city life. Not like Goa feels.
Good rooms. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful.

IndiaI sincerely applaud the efforts put in by the staff..a big clap especially for the front office duty managers Vishwajeet and Shubham..the dedication which they exhibited to make our stay super comfortable is highly appreciated…they even upgraded us to a bay view suite at no extra cost..not only that..the staff at the restaurant..the chefs.,the bartenders at the pool bar..all were highly efficient and adroit.. Overall it was a super duper stay..❤️❤️

KuwaitThe noise, it is a busy hotel and some guests were loud at night so if you are a light sleeper your sleep would be disrupted by the loud residents walking/talking loudly in the corridors without much concern.
A nice resort in the middle of the city with all of the facilities swimming pools, gardens, access to the beach, multiple restaurants to choose from including Chef Palai’s restaurant which was great, a coffee shop, and a nice SPA. You can easily go for a walk on the beach along a walkway or through the roads to some of the shops or restaurants/cafes in the city. Most of all an exceptional service and such a friendly staff who are willing to assist and make you feel welcome.

IndiaBeach is not clean and not usable , the pool could be more clean . The rooms are now ageing and require upkeep . we stayed at the family suit , which was spacious but did not have a very close access to the main building . The food was not upto the mark and their buffet could be much better quality .

IndiaCasino in the property is not owned & managed by Marriott. Although, they do not charge the Hotel guests while entering but at the same time the services & place is not up to the mark. It was a bad experience visiting Casino. The services are poor. It is not so that I played & lost.
Excellent Breakfast spread. Pool was very well maintained. Requested for an extension for 2 hrs 30 mins which they gladly provided for one of our rooms. Staff is well trained & they know how to attend the customers.

IndiaHowever, I'd like to draw your attention to a concern. While strolling along the seaside, we noticed a considerable amount of plastic litter, used cans, and disposable glasses accumulated along the hotel. I understand that it's public land, but I believe Marriott can take ownership to maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings. A simple initiative, such as assigning staff to regularly clear this area, would make a significant difference. It doesn't demand extensive efforts, just a willingness to enhance the hotel's appeal by keeping the vicinity clean. I invite you to take a brief walk and observe the situation firsthand – a small effort that could contribute to a cleaner and more appealing environment for both guests and the community.
Our stay at the Marriott Resort and Spa was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional hospitality, pristine and spacious rooms, and the helpful and friendly staff.

IndiaNothing specific but chains dangling on outside of room were an eye sore for an otherwise great view of bay. Beach which was I believe communal beach not property specific was very dirty. Special efforts can be planned by Property to own that with collaboration with Goan authority and other corporates. Bay is beautiful. It must be protected at all cost.
Breakfast spread was good. All the people especially Ganesh was very helpful and wonderful to talk to. Dinner spread was good especially desserts.
