We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaLack of professionalism. Check-in starts at 12 Noon and we reached around 2:00 PM and they did not even know I had a booking. Room wasn't ready. Took a while to confirm my booking. Had booked a triple Bedroom and their photos showed a Double Cot and an extra single cot but we were provided a Double room with an extra bedding on the floor. The Room and Bathroom were clean but the geyser was not working, the mixer tap handle was loose and would fall off on touching, water flow was just a little more than a trickle, exhaust fan was too slow to be effective. Most of the time, there is no one at the Reception desk. Even though I had informed them earlier of my check-out, there was no one at the Reception for check-out. Waited for some time and when we started getting late, we just hung the Room key on the Key rack and walked away as there were no dues to be paid.
Staff was courteous and polite but not efficient or professional.

United Kingdomstairs to climb.but nothing wrong about the property. This is how the Rishikesh is, I am all ok only mom felt hard to climb, but there is an alternative route to reach.. so this is not a complaint just to be aware of that’s all.
Best budget property in the heart of Laxman Jula. very close to all yoga and meditation centres. on spot in high street. loads of shopping. Awesome restaurants.
