Check in process was very smooth and short. Breakfast was very good. In case of suggestions they immediately responded. House keeping was also very fast . They helped us with hiring of Activa for local travel and guided us how to go about when requested.

The restaurant staff was very kind to provide us with the babyseat every time without asking. They provided us with the baby food and it was not chargeable. Room was very spacious and well maintained. Roomcleaning was done daily and was satisfactory. Pool- Tapan da was a great person at the pool side. He helped us enjoy pool time with our little baby.

Property is well maintained and clean. Staff was very courteous, Special thanks to Swimming Pool staff "Tapan" for helping kids with swimming. Also, special thanks for early check-in request... much appreciated.

Hotel is awsome with all amenities and good food. On top of it it's very near by condolim Beach so location is also perfect to stay.

No hairdryer, iron & ironing board, would expect these in a 4 star hotel. No clothes dryer on balcony to dry beach wear. Pillows very soft. Woke up with a stiff neck after my first night. Requested a firm pillow at reception. Was told all their pillows were the same and they didn’t have any firm ones. Consequently had a very painful neck for the last 5 days of my holiday. Resulting in me having to see a physio when I got home. A long walk to the beach. House keeping a bit hit and miss. Every day forgot something. A bath mat, coffee, tea,

Spacious room with a view after I complained about no view, got a free upgrade to room with a lovely view. Large balcony. Friendly staff. Great shower and bathroom. 2 x 1 litre complimentary bottles of water daily

There are Rats. Please pay attention. There was one in our room :( Snooker/Pool Table was in maintenance. Please keep atleast 2 tables, it shouldn't cost a lot ;) and offer other indoor games as well. Please organize buffer dinners with Gala performances to engage the audience as evenings were mostly quiet

Candolim is a great place to stay when visiting North Goa. Golden Tulip is definitely a good value for money. Pros are - conveniently located in candolim (10 - 15 mins walk to candolim beach) - Very spacious rooms - Staff is friendly and helpful - Very reasonably priced as compared to its counterparts in same location (which are expensive for what they offer) - Pool area is decent (there are 2 pools)

The food taste is not okay...also there is a gutter behind the hotel which smells very bad. Smells of the gutter comes directly to the room. there must be some indoor games like snooker & Table tennis.

The rooms & location is excellent..Baga, Calangute, Candolim & Sinquerim beaches are close by.. Staff is supportive & usually quite quick to serve you..

The pasties for breakfast were dry and not moist. The hand shower was not working.

Breakfast had good options with variety every day. The service was quick and efficient. Location wise it is remarkably close to Candolim beach and short distance to Calangute and Baga. The pools in the property are nice.

We didnt like breakfast and as per our opinion in the breakfast part there's need some improvement.

Location of this hotel is quite good as all the beaches in the North Goa are nearby. There are 2 pools in the hotel and both are nicely maintained. Breakfast provided by the hotel was not as per the expectation. Our flight was late in the evening and they allow us to keep our baggage in the hotel and that part we liked most. We would love to stay in this hotel again.
