We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe rooms are a little dated and could do with a renovation, especially bathroom. Water from shower going over the bathroom floor (floor level shower and toilet almost the same) when showering longer. The bathroom has no ventilation and dries a long time. Driver amenities could be better. Please do not ask for a review during check-out. People are often in a hurry then. Also, when I’m wearing a face mask, it means that I’m not happy to touch many surfaces like an iPad (I was asked to do the review on the receptionists’ iPad), especially when there is no disinfecting liquid near (perhaps you could provide one at the reception anyway?).
This is probably the best hotel in Kanchi. The rooms are fine, all is working: AC (which you can fully regulate yourself and it’s good), hot shower. There was no hair dryer in the room but they brought me one when I asked (and it was a good type). Breakfast is ample and tasty. Staff is pleasant. I especially appreciate that they gave me a quiet room as I asked, this resulted in a good night sleep. The location is good for temple visits. The newspaper in the morning is a bonus. I appreciate the small gift at the check-out, thank you!
