Service in general could have been much better. The check in was not ready, had to wait for 1 hour. Check-in time was 2pm and room was given at 5pm.

Breakfast, though, was served in the room, due to Covid restrictions but still the options could have been made little better. Also the food portion size should be little more. As of now the dishes on their a-la-carte menu are served in less quantity and are not enough for 1 person as well

Property was well maintained Well done to Ritika from front office, she was very cooperative with can do attitude… Mukhtar from house keeping he refreshed my room perfectly. I find overall staff were very courteous and respectful to guest and can do attitude. i enjoyed my stay. Thank you to everyone..

The wait time for the car to arrive from parking is slightly on the longer side. Did not serve snacks for kids near the pool and the bar on rooftop does not allow kids. So no place for kids to snack after swimming.

Excellent staff. Check in and check out were smooth. Very cordial staff. Special mention for Ritika, who went out of her way to ensure an excellent check-in and check-out. Even when there was wait time, my family had good place to rest in the lobby. Ritika ensured we all were served water in this extremely hot weather. The buffet spread was good and staff was helpful. The chef could also customise certain breakfast items for my 6 year old. All in all a memorable family stay.

First thing this is my second visit to india specially Holtondouble tree Hotel in gurgun like everything stating frome the front disk everybody is kind and helpful, also the front disk manager all of them are kind and helpful even on the small things they offer to assist you any way the can specially Mr.divanshu and miss Divya are magnificent people they are my Hero , the also helped me to find good places to visit in gurgun, I appreciate there assistant, Thank you everybody in gurgun hotel ,

Best hotel stay ever. They gave me chocolate cake when i arrived and the night before check out a complimentary fruit platter. Excellent for safety for a female traveller. Complimentary valet parking was a great for guests. All the staff from door man, reception, cleaning staff all extremely friendly and helpful.

Kudos to the Front Desk Team of Gaurav Joshi and Sumit Dagar and Rishil, ...Good Job Guys. Restaurant Managers Sandeep Panwar, Amit Kumar Singh were very helpful and enquired each visit to the Restaurant area on food quality , as well as advised on the choices offered. Job - simply very well Done...Keep It Up Lots of Appreciation for Suresh Bohra , Nitesh Singh, Chef Negi , Arnab, Lakshmikant , Morino for continuous help at Breakfast times and visits to Restaurants and Cafe Shop area, they made our stay very memorable. Great work done by this Team. Special Appreciation for Prateek for his Pancakes, Waffles Cuisine....He did a Fantastic Job...Keep it Up Prateek. The Housekeeping Team of Pramod and Krishna truly deserves a mention as well...Good job by both, especially Pramod.

Service at the hotel is excellent, the glass house restaurant is par excellent. Food is great and service secure more than 100%. Mita - the hostess at the glass house is polite, and ever smiling. Good work Mita and keep going. Gautam - very good host and takes care of guests with smiles and requirements. Rahul, Samir, Rohit, Laxmikant and rest of the boys are great and ready to serve all the time.

We had a bad experience in staying some unknown hotel. So we decided to stick to a well-known international chain just paying a little extra. Hilton never disappoints us. The facility was amazing and it was located beside a small shopping square where you can get some amenities, food and drinks too. The room is very spacious and clean. We didn't hear any vehicle and honking noises which was amazing for your sleep. There were quite a lot of options for breakfast as well.
