I think it was a little over priced. There were a lot of get togethers, company meetings, weddings etc etc. Though it did not directly bother us...but we were looking for peace and quiet.

The food was excellent. The beach was awesome. The buggy ride for my mother to the beach was really very helpful. The staff were great. The live music was good.

Food & beverage service at the beach shack and the breakfast room can be improved (example- beverages served at the shack are not chilled, breakfast service is a bit slow).

Few things 1) Dishes prepared for Buffet was just ok as compared to same dish ordered in ala carte 2) Management during breakfast was just not good, people had to wait for a while to even get a table, staff was very helpful but they were also struggling to help. There could have been better arrangements. 3) Breakfast buffet closes at sharp 10:30 , people get late and they might come by 10:15 , everything is removed by 10:30 without informing the guests who are having breakfast, so that in case they want anything, they could take in the plate. Nope every dish is just taken away like gaayab. I can understand that staff is doing their job and it has timing but they also need to understand that guests are here for a leisure holiday and they don't like to be rushed. 4) swimming pool water was very heavily chlorinated, it impacted me and my daughter's stomach and we had to stay away from it after a day. 5) We had taken a non smoking room but there was someone who was smoking next to us and that smoke was coming inside the room as well even though all doors were closed and it was highly irritating. 6) I wish there was a covered car parking for guests who are planning to for more than 1 night. Because in daytime it's very hot and same dissipates to the car and interior. 7) No in room snacks, seriously.. no mini bar. Everything needs to be ordered from cafe.

The location and size of the property. It shows the efforts of the staff that's maintaining the property as well. Just tremendous. Any ala carte food preparation was also very good. Some employees went out of their way to assist. Generally everyone was very courteous. Beach was also very well maintained. Very safe.

In Room Dining was poor, food was not prepared according to instructions , taken almost 1.5hrs to deliver the food , also wrong items were sent to room, some of the ordered items were not available but they never informed , had very tough time with kid around

- the room was a bit dated, modern styling wud have been better - there was a payment issue at the restaurant which is a bummer when u stay at a 5 star hotel

-The property is well maintained we visited few years ago and it was the same comfort so definitely appreciate the staff and management for the same -We were provided a room upgrade this time while travelling with the baby which was nice - buffet meals

I can't think of anything I didn't like particularly.

This resort is right up near the ocean. There is also a nice pool. The food was wonderful ! I had Masala fried tiger prawns, and I was just overwhelmed with how delicious they were! We also ate pizza there at one point, and it was probably the best I have had in India so far. The staff was super nice to us, especially my 8 year old daughter. I recommend!

One of the best properties I have stayed at! There's not one issue I identified during my stay here. Of course there are always minor adjustments and tweaks that we all like picking out but honestly this has been a mesmerizing trip for me. Be it the location, ambience, staff, food, etc. all were just exceptional. Would definitely recommend this if u r looking for a comfort and value for money trip.

Exceptionally good breakfast options. For five star hotel standard, chef really knows how to cook authentic regional food. Example Indori poha, Dhokla, Amritsari kulcha, pao bhaji etc were really good. Beach is super clean and nicely maintained Rooms could have been better. They are very basic as compared to price charged. very clean however.

We only had two chairs on our deck that was shared by the room next to us. They took both so we had none. Had no issue getting chairs on the beach but by the pool they were always full. More chairs at the pool and for rooms would have been nice. There isn’t much else around if you plan on leaving the resort.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Large, comfortable rooms. Multiple dining options on the premises.

- The size of the rooms are small. Especially if the family size of of 2 adults + 2 kids, standard room was smaller as expected. - there wasn’t any F&B discount for the guests while other hotels were giving discount on walk in

Breakfast was good and elaborate. It had items of interests of all age groups. Kids enjoyed the waffle station and donuts.
