If I were to nitpick, then the toilets in the room could have been better - the temperature of the water was oscillating. The shower pressure was variable too.

Service was top notch. Right from the welcome at the reception all the way to the meals, the efforts taken for celebrating a special occasion etc. The property is great too. Amazing beach. Fantastic pool. Lots of activities for kids as well

From checkin to checkout - everything about the property was top notch. What we really liked was the staff's constant attention to make the stay memorable for each and every guest. For me - it was my daughter''s birthday trip and the staff made it extra special by decorating the room for her, and by arranging a delicious cake. Would definitely recommend the property as one of the best in South Goa .. Thank you !!

1- Night Activities such as live band music were not there post 10PM and in Goa at-least the same should be there till mid night in any such large scale resorts 2- The association of taxi to drop back airport is really nightmare with a drop charging of 6k to airport and not allowing other personal connect taxi inside resort is really horrifying

Rooms could be little bigger, there could be more alchohol and food options,

The layout of the resort, the lobby, the beach access, and the restaurants are all great and come at a good price point, the pool is awesome too, the kids activity room is great and the staff is very friendly too. The landscape looks like florida - and is excellent to relax at, the beach is secluded and great to chill out, its actually as pretty as agonda without the crowd- lovely. The property is located at a very pretty and laid back goan village- the drive from the NH to the hotel is the prettiest with great houses on the way

With a large beachfront property on a pristine beach to boast of, many wouldn't try to go that extra milenin hospitality, but they did.

The barricade between kids & adults swimming pool is quite oddly placed.

The location, infrastructure, happy staff, great service was the highlight. We as a family tharougly enjoyed staying at the resort. The hospitality at the beach side restaurant was awesome.

There was some water issue in the entire hotel due to some technical glitche..which took too much of time to get rectified...this was a discomfort to People staying .

All was good..except there should have been some sitting arrangement on beach side. Break fast was okey.

We were in room 226 and the Wi-Fi connection was patchy at time But overall a very comfortable stay.

Hospitality was excellent. Full marks to Manoj and his team at Zest restaurant who looked after our family throughout our stay. As vegans, we were well catered to and nothing was too much trouble for the team. We loved the soya masala chai.

Nice cosy and clean rooms, balcony with garden views, vast green lawns, kids activities, pool , access to beach, shack restaurant, scrumptious breakfast spread and much more. Excellent room service, attentive and courteous staff members. We would definitely be coming back again.
