Whilst the room was huge and clean, it did need updating as in particular the bathroom was tired looking. However this would not stop us from returning!

The hotel is very grand, with a lovely modern rooftop bar/restaurant. Our room was very spacious and always clean, and staff were helpful at all times. Overall a nice place to stay.

Travel desk was not able to arrange car we needed. Which we did it ourselves in 10min without haveing any local network at 50% price. As per his view agra had only one car for hire.

Rooftop restaurant is excellent, but not explained clearly enough that it’s separate from the hotel. Can cause confusion where billing is concerned

Good value for money, and in an ideal location with a view of the Taj from the rooftop. Rooms clean and with a super comfy bed. Breakfast good.

A smell of petrol or gasoline .Apparently they were using some equipment for cleaning.

Travel desk was very helpful. Mr Jain was good to arrange guide and car. The Rooftop Restaurant was very good. Food ok but the staff very courteous and polite. Good sized rooms. had all the amenities. Room faced the main road. A bit noisy.

One of the Staff Briend stupidly asked about the room key that was already taken by their housekeeping in my time of the hotel leaving.He charged me about the key.This is very much unusual for us. I hope hotel management will take necessary steps for that.

Its an old property that need renovation. Ambience is nt worth for the money. They will provide you things on request. The rooms were not that clean as I expected.The service response is good but the restaurants needs to be improved in terms of service.

Things need renovation/ upgrade like the bathroom. The sheets were already used before like they weren’t changed after the previous guest. I know it because after roaming around the city when I finally pulled aside the blanket, the sheet was wrinkled and there were some random long hair on the sheets. None of my family had even been on the bed before that.

It was a decent place to stay at, good central location and everything was nearby. They give good toiletries and aren’t of cheap quality. Good amenities. Towels were clean and washed properly.

The WiFi wasn’t brilliant but this didn’t matter. The photos are old and the hotel could do with a spring clean and lick of paint to bring it back to its former glory but it was still a comfortable stay. The terraced area at the top of the hotel wasn’t there and we could hear drilling and lots of noise above our room. I witnessed two men from possibly the kitchen staff throw stones and use a stick to chase away a street dog from behind the hotel which was upsetting

The property is a short tuk tuk ride away from the Taj Mahal, Baby Taj and the Fort. The hotel was comfortable and had a bath and a window seat which was nice. The staff were brilliant, the breakfast options were good and the dinner buffet was delicious probably the best dahl and naan I’ve eaten. There’s a Berco’s restaurant in the lobby which I’d highly recommend and a Drunken Monkey cafe where you can get ice cold smoothies and cold coffees the Turkish cold coffee with cardamom is amazing.

Big hotel really close to the Taj Mahal gate with big and clean rooms. Akil from the travel desk was very nice and helpful during our stay.

They sometimes not update their systems regarding buffet breakfast, so kindly cross check multiple times before chek in otherwise in the next morning they might can ask about this.

One person at the reception is very rude. Even for half an hour late check-out, he wanted to charge us INR 1000 extra. House keeping service is not up to the mark. We had to call several times for some kits. Lastly, before booking the rooms, please check the size. Since they charge different prices for the exact same rooms and facilities. The mattresses are not very comfortable. We booked one normal double bed room and the second room with one double bed and one single bed for four adults. When we reached there, they told us that since we were only two adults for the second room, they would only provide one double bed. The price for the first room was 2600 and the second room was 4000 (even though they are the exact same rooms). And when you book the second room for three adults, the charge goes up to 6000. So it's better to book a normal double bed room for 2 adults and ask for an extra foldable bed when you get there (for just 1500 extra).

The location of the hotel is perfect.
