Whilst the room was huge and clean, it did need updating as in particular the bathroom was tired looking. However this would not stop us from returning!

The hotel is very grand, with a lovely modern rooftop bar/restaurant. Our room was very spacious and always clean, and staff were helpful at all times. Overall a nice place to stay.

Travel desk was not able to arrange car we needed. Which we did it ourselves in 10min without haveing any local network at 50% price. As per his view agra had only one car for hire.

Rooftop restaurant is excellent, but not explained clearly enough that it’s separate from the hotel. Can cause confusion where billing is concerned

Good value for money, and in an ideal location with a view of the Taj from the rooftop. Rooms clean and with a super comfy bed. Breakfast good.

A smell of petrol or gasoline .Apparently they were using some equipment for cleaning.

Travel desk was very helpful. Mr Jain was good to arrange guide and car. The Rooftop Restaurant was very good. Food ok but the staff very courteous and polite. Good sized rooms. had all the amenities. Room faced the main road. A bit noisy.

One of the Staff Briend stupidly asked about the room key that was already taken by their housekeeping in my time of the hotel leaving.He charged me about the key.This is very much unusual for us. I hope hotel management will take necessary steps for that.

Its an old property that need renovation. Ambience is nt worth for the money. They will provide you things on request. The rooms were not that clean as I expected.The service response is good but the restaurants needs to be improved in terms of service.

The location is superb and the quality of food is good. Saw some reviews about the staff being biased but didn't feel like that. The hotel is child friendly and accommodates your food related requests.

There is a lot to say but I would summarise in a few words. The first impression towards hotel is their staff.. Ajay from the Front office was Apologetic for NO Reason, he lied to us that I am giving you an upgrade in the room but the rooms are on the same floor and the view is almost the same which looks like he lied to us. Instead of explaining the reasons he just apologize for his mistake which was quite Annoying. Archi was really rude she really needs to work on her English, We were standing in front of her in the front office and typing the Wifi password and there was only one guest who came behind me and Archi said Sir can u please give me some space, I was really not expecting this and make me feel little awkward, there was one more girl with her few a times and I can see their faces and expression that they are really not interested to assist, in short hotel's front office team really need some hospitality training.. The room attendants really don't know how to communicate Narayan was grumpy for a small request to change the linen again becoz We felt a soggy smell in the linen which he put. View from the room was really bad even after requesting the front office didn't change.

The room maintenance and cleaning was very poor. WC tank was leaking. Door bell not working. Even hand towels not kept in bathroom, Room service menu was very short not much of choice.

Nothing except the food was just OK though the choice was very limited.

Hello, I stayed here 2-3 times earlier as well. But this time somehow it was really unpleasant stay. Room, services and other basic facilities are not that great.

Location of the Hotel is good. It is a good place but I think You need to work upon the services.

Things need renovation/ upgrade like the bathroom. The sheets were already used before like they weren’t changed after the previous guest. I know it because after roaming around the city when I finally pulled aside the blanket, the sheet was wrinkled and there were some random long hair on the sheets. None of my family had even been on the bed before that.

It was a decent place to stay at, good central location and everything was nearby. They give good toiletries and aren’t of cheap quality. Good amenities. Towels were clean and washed properly.

WI-FI was very poor. IT KEPT DROPPING AND THEN WENT OUT COMPLETELY while I was working. Called the lobby 3 times until someone came up and eventually it started working again but I had missed my business meeting online.

The room offered to my was not at all worth of its price . And the staff was not all supportive you need to remind them everything 2-3 times and washroom does not have hot water in my room.
