Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesWe came earlier than the checkin time as we had flown from muscat on a night flight. We paid the extra money before checkin but the rooms were not ready as we were informed that cleaners come only after 10 am. My friend who had not slept the whole night in the uncomfortable Indigo flight had severe headache and we had to wait 2 hours plus to get the room.

IndiaThe team lacks attention to detail. For 2 pax room they provide only one towel, day one can be a mistake but same on day 2, that's ignorance. The shower suddenly stopped and discharged brown water(I believe is due to shifting of water lines). Toilet rolls given are less than half so they run out faster. Would suggest to place an additional as there is space in bathroom. Being a airport hotel and the dynamic movement of guests may lead to limited to none valuable interactions with guests.
The team is hard working and always present for your needs. They do there level best to serve.

IndiaAC controls did not work, shivered all night with the AC firmly stuck at 18 C. Reset thermostat to 23 C thrice and gave up after that. Food is good but very expensive. While it's an 'airport hotel', there is no free pick-up drop facility. The staff advised to take an Uber to T2 rather than their paid service. Uber - Rs. 275, hotel - Rs. 1000.
