Clenliness .... the blankets look very old. The toilet was very smelly. The bad smell is not due to the toilet itself but could be coming from the drain. Really very bad. Thanks to the night shift room staff, he made it tolerable for the night but the smell returned in the morning. Visitors should note that if you have a driver, he must sleep at his car. The property does not provide sleeping place to drivers.

The service staff were friendly. The location is very accessable provided you have your own car. We hsd a nice time at beach too. Breakfast at the restaurant had good spread and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly.

This is a resort, not a hotel. Almost every day fifty to a hundred visitors (mostly groups of men) arrived and dominated the beach and pool. Perhaps we were unlucky because we stayed during a national holiday week but don’t expect to have the resort to yourself.

Lovely clean beach, with drink and food available. Beautiful grounds. The pool was large, deep and very clean. The best food we had anywhere in India.

The hotel as a whole is a bit dated with some wear and tear seen all around - time for a major refurbishment I suppose.

Great view of the sea from our room and we're located right next to the beach. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The rooms were comfortable & clean. And, staff were very courteous and helpful.

The Room category and the extra charges, I am sorry to say is a complete sham. We booked the sea view Villa becuse it was me, my spouse and my 11 years daughter. The bedroom has a large double bed and a large single bed and the cost is quite high. We booked it because there were three of us. Inspite of that we were asked to pay extra 1000 INR (breakfast on actuals which is absolutely okay) every night for the child, what for? there was space for 5 adults to stay in that villa. This to me is an absolute money making scheme and I will highlight it in other hotel booking sites as well.

The location was absolutely fantastic. The resort is right on the beach and the sit out and restaurant at the beach is excellent. The Pool is large and very well maintained. The restaurant staff were the best, especially Ramesh who was serving at the beach restaurant.
