Amazing beachfront property , south Goa is the best if you want to relax and rejuvenate. ITC is exceptional and I already miss their croissants !!!!!

Breakfast can be a bit chaotic if you time it wrong

The 3 main reasons i keep coming back to ITC Grand Goa every year...they make sure my stay is more than perfect........they are always around with a smile, however tiring their day would be.....they would make sure my stay is memorable and most comfortable..

Lack of hand towel rods in washrooms.

Breakfast was excellent. Many choices and vegan options were available as well. The resort is very well laid out. Lovely village vibe. Staff is excellent, very friendly, helpful and smiling.

Magnificent hotel with a huge territory. The area is very beautiful, with lots of greenery and many stunning spots. You can simply enjoy strolling around the premises. The room is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The food is good and diverse. We had a great pleasure staying at this hotel.

Older Children sports facilities are limited. The Table Tennis racquets & balls are very poor quality. The air hockey doesn’t work very well. The only bicycle available on the site wasn’t well maintained with rusty chains and squeaky brakes. The slides of the connected swimming pools had lost the paint - one was closed while the other doesn’t feel comfortable because of the friction. I would certainly suggest the formation of a dedicated entertainment team that can keep the older kids and adults entertained throughout the stay. The beach sports activities are run by another supplier & were limited - perhaps due to the time we visited. I felt it would help if run by the resort directly to maintain the same standard as in the resort.

The private beach - which is 2 mins away and very clean & well maintained. The friendly staff who are ever willing to help. It’s a beautiful resort with lots of green. Very easily accessible from GOI airport. The energy during the sunset was awesome..

The rug in our bedroom was a bit dirty. Also, under the toilet bowl rim it was almost black…perhaps the cleaner only cleans what can be seen?

in the pool Indian women or sometimes men went to the pool in clothes and this was very strange, also the water activities on the private beach were private and not under the control of the hotel management, so it was not of the required quality.

Everything was excellent, the breakfast and lunch meals in the buffet were very complete, and the staff were very polite, the room was completely cleaned every day, and the room accessories were complete, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

In Morning breakfast 2 days I felt like God should save those Dosa counter and omlet counter staff. They will write order and they assure that they will serve on table.inspite of repeated requests they will forget . They are confused and careless. Very bad service at Dosa counter and omlet counter.

To many Mosquitos, cleanliness can be better, telephone connections can be managed better, baby food deliveries not given priority and guests have to dine at banquet hall for buffet(feels like you are attending a wedding) .
