Your Webb page design and response time for data to update. On the main Webb page certain privileges are mentioned but later declined. Your website should reflect 100% company policies and ethics, not simply to in trice customers to book asap.

Not kid friendly enough. Not enough value for money for the facilities inside room and outside .

Great facilities , good staff. No understanding of travelling hustle and following protocol even when already messaged that I am coming with a kid at 2 AM . Could have been accommodative or used WA email to communicate on docs and checkin.

1. I asked for my bag from my car (given to valet) late night (2 am) post check in. They got me the bad and my golf kit. 2. The pre function area for the USE Live banquet function (about 1200 people) was inadequate. Food was below par. 3. The shower pressure in the room bath was too low. 4. In breakfast, I asked for a noodle soup bowl and though I am NV, I did not ask for chicken to be put but it had been added. 5, Two washrooms with limited stations in the banquet area were clearly inadequate as there were very long queues and waits during the meeting breaks.

1. Breakfast spread was super. Having a Chinese counter option was great for me. 2. Reception staff. 3. Car Valet service. 4. Bed & Sleeping Comfort 5. Green initiative to reduce plastic water bottles.

Dinner service was slow and we had to wait quite sometime for our food and drinks to be served.

Good hotel to stay in Aerocity. Room was nice and breakfast was also good.

Restaurant experience in the evening was a little disappointing. Food taking over 30 mins to arrive and then the wrong item was made. That aside I would still go back there.

It had two double beds which is perfect for us a family of 3. Room was not small. Easy access to Delhi airport and also not too bad to get into city(India Gate) Breakfast was a huge spread and delicious. Thank you JW, we will see you soon.

Dark room and bathroom, faulty bedside plug. Third bed was not already in the room when we arrived at midnight, although housekeeping showed up a few minutes after we reached the room. Also suitcases took a while to come up to the room. For some reason I had to give my payment details again before arrival, due to a problem with the card. As I was travelling, I was concerned that they would cancel the booking by the time I could communicate.

Location near the airport, nice design, big queen beds, spacious bathroom. Airport transfers efficient in good cars with WiFi.

The staff was very friendly especially Nyulong she even offered to babysit our daughter while we were dining. The food and the ambience was amazing.
