Plumbing. On last day cold water began running hot. Not quite accepting this I flushed toilet and filled cistern like massive hot water bottle. Short of time so didn’t complain. Lucky no damage to pipes or ceramic.

Brilliant location one of the best views in town across lake to city palace. Very good restaurant on food a joy to sit there. Room a bit cramped due to shape but lovely seating round table in window alcove. Nice garden.

Lift was under construction. Checkout is too early at 10 am. Palace suite did not have hot water when we checked in. It took them time to get that sorted.

Location is excellent. At pichola lake Nd walkable distance to lalghat market.

The restaurant could be improved both in terms of available food as well as ambience. Breakfast should have been included in the room tariff too.

Lovely room with an amazing view of the lake and city across. Cosy internal courtyard and open to sky rooftop terraces too. Staff were efficient, helpful and courteous. The location is excellent with comfortable walks available around in the neighbourhood with easy access to landmarks - including the palace, shopping, cafes etc.

Swimming pool built in the shadow of the hotel. As a result the water is freezing cold. Mediocre food in the restaurant. Annoying waiters asking for tips.

Our only issue was the wifi, despite our (and other guest's) frequent requests, the staff just couldn't get the wifi to work consistently and at a decent speed. If you are working or expect a reliable connection, this is an issue that needs to be addressed by the management.

Perfect location, right in the center of town. You can literally walk to everything, yet is is above the noise on a sheltered hill. Our room was a corner Palace Suite Lake view - one of the best rooms in the hotel. Large and historic - feels like going back in time to a different era (in a good way)!

They are at the top. Located in conjusted streets where one will get traffic. Every time you have to climb a little and go down for food and travel. Their only focus is the view but rest everything is a struggle. If you have aged people then don't book this haveli.

Situated right on the shores of Lake Pichola, this hotel offers a great view of the city palace and the nearby attractions. Overall service is great considering it is a heritage property. At a walking distance to most of the key tourist places in Udaipur old city.

No electricity for almost 3 hrs. Not even an inverter backup. We were in dark at night in a hot humid weather. Asked for a bottle of water to our room and the room attendant never showed up.

I had an early check out but had to wake up the receptionist sleeping on the floor to do this. The pool was dirty as this is where all the pigeons are and the tiles around it unstable, in dire need of some renovation! It seems they have probably suffered with lack of tourism post pandemic: they were out of my first 2 choices in the restaurant.

Great location, beautiful old property giving off old Indian colonial style. Gorgeous courtyard in the middle of the property and great view from the rooftop restaurant.

We specifally booked a room with lake view, yet at our arrival we were given a ground-floor room with almost no view. Thankfully the staff was nice enough to move us to a different room. We also had a problem with the pillows, which we found to be very dirty, so we requested some pillow covers. The breakfast was also quite disappointing, with little to no options for vegans.

This hotel is inside a beautiful historical building. The rooms are lovely and overall pretty clean. The staff is also friendly. The view from the restaurant terrasse is stunning, perfect for a romantic dinner.

No lift so not handicap or elderly friendly, food took long time to make.

the breakfast service was deplorable. there was no staff available for lunch the day we arrived. it was quite annoying the property can certainly be managed better as there is so much potential

The location was nice, we had a view of the lake from our room. The front office staff was very polite and helpful. I left my laptop behind by mistake, i was informed of it well in time, they were ready to courier it as well. that was really wonderful.
