property is good but we faced issue with room, as we booked villa but the first villa ac was not working properly after 4 hours with continuous complaint villa was changed, and late night menu food is worst, special Rajasthani hing kachori which we order, nothing we eat and we paid full.

Rooms are huge and beautiful ! Property looks good, well maintained and the entrance is fantastic. All public areas are well mentained and look very regal ..the staff is attentive and helpful and there is traditional folk music performers everywhere.

The breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The sheer size of the property and the facilities in the hotel make it a great place to those who do not mind staying in the outskirts of the city.

Breakfast, could have better spread. Swimming pool was constructed in a very awkward place which made it almost uncomfortable to swim because the area was occupied with some or other function. Staff was friendly but also they were little careless. I order cake for anniversary but they delivered a Happy birthday cake. This could still be ignored. But another bad experience was that a cleaning staff wasn't aware that we are inside the room and he/she opened the door with the master key. It felt like a breach of privacy. We didn't know we had to switch on the DND switch from inside the room. But irrespective of that staff should be communicated about who is inside the rooms and who's not. They should not barge in without knowing with assurance that the room needs to be cleaned. We won't make a fusz about this. But it's not expected out of the brand of le Meridien.

Noise from construction/renovation made impossible our stays at the poolside. Machine noise from 8 to 22 spoiled our relaxation. But next time will be better.

Nice hotel in convenient area but away from Jaipur. Good pool. Staff is very nice and kind. Good musicians at lobby. Business convenient for small meetings.

The hotel was old and a lovely design but it had been poorly maintained. There seem to be one part of the hotel being renovated. While there was limited noise from the work being down at the Le Meridien, the noise from the building work at hotel next door was intrusive. The staff were trying hard but poorly trained and organised. The food was poor

The water pressure was low and the water for our bath never got very warm.

The staff was very accommodating. We celebrated a birthday during our stay and they made us cake and sang. The facilities was clean and nice.

One very slight criticism is the huge number of light switches in room and switching off the master switch meant no light in bathroom for a nocturnal visit.

An oasis of calm with excellent attentive service from staff. We tried the different local dishes as per their advice. Everyhing was great.
