We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaSaw the gardens infested with snakes & monkeys this time. Deeply concerning since these are the areas where children play. Risky even for adults. The property needs to either get rid of these animals or station adequate staff in the garden for monitoring.
We’ve been visiting since 2021 & the property doesn’t intend to rip off the travellers. Further, the expanse of the area & maintenance of facilities is worth mentioning. The restaurants are inviting & there are no complains whatsoever with the food.

IndiaI had booked for 3 adults but the facility was good enough for only 2. The size of the bed and toiletries provided was for only 2 so did not justify charging for 3.The cups , the water bottle, towels and the complimentary snacks were all for 2.

The service was impeccable extremely understanding and helpful for after stay of checkout time it is extremely serine and peaceful stay for relaxing Facility is very well thought out for all ages concern food was excellent from breakfast to room service as of 24 hour from choices of continental to Indian/ Asian cuisine Our son travelled first time and he took a bad turn in health I was really grateful in the way they accommodated in every need as I had to do lot of running around We as family travelled all over the world for holiday and Dubai 5/7 star is on our top 5 list of hotels and Madhubhan Resort and Spa definitely comes in out top 5 hotels in the world Totally recommend this if you are looking for quality service and food.

United KingdomThe swimming pool. Without a shadow of doubt this pool has to be heated If people like me from the UK are going to there I will always go during December, January or February. During these months the pool is too cold. During my stay I never saw anyone in the pool. What waste of an asset.
