The check in is a bit slow, I'm thinking because it's apartments and most guest are stay long term. The day I checked in I happen to come in when there were a lot of other guests checking in.

The breakfast was okay. The staff wasn't very responsive. We asked for the pool to be cleaned but there was no response for over an hour. The room was also okay. Nothing great for the price.

Imagine you pay 15K for a room and what you get is a 48inch bed which is even smaller than the Queen size bed. Absolutely impossible for 2 healthy people to adjust on the bed, aftee all you are on vacation and not for punishment. To adjust the other adult out on the sofa, i askee for an extra Quilt, 30 mins and nobody turned up, made a complaint call and guess what still nobody bothered to provide me with an extra quilt. It's a shame on Marriott's brand name. At last i had to checkout at 4am in the morning because i could not tolerate this torture anymore, told the front desk about bad experience and still she didn't bother to look into it. Cannot believe i experienced this with a brand like Marriott, will advise you to stay away.

the staff at reception should be trained better. They are not up to the "Marriott" standard. - When I was talking to a lady at the reception, who was actually helping me get a taxi from outside, another guy jumped in claiming she is new and stopped her from getting me a taxi from outside. The taxis they have at the Marriott is waaaay too expensive. - The staffs especially at security/entrance is not treating all the guests same. I stayed with a colleague who is a caucasian. I am Indian. Most of the time only he gets a Hand raised "Namaskar" and often I was ignored. I have a very thick skin, so this did not bother me. Me and my colleague made a game out of it to see who gets the most Namaskar. This is SHAMEFULL Marriott. One day we went out for dinner to a regular restaurant on the neighbourhood. There they treated both of us way far equally without all those fake targeted Namaskars.

the whole experience was unsatisfactory. we had booked a 2 bed apartment. the sofa in the living was dirty and uncomfortable. there was no place to sit for 4 people even though the minimum capacity of the unit was 4. one has to keep calling the help for comb, TV remote, cleaning of washrooms. there was inordinate delay in room service. almost an hour for tea and sandwich. the main door could not be closed and we were forced to carry our valuables including laptops when we left the room for breakfast. the breakfast spread itself was less than ordinary. cannot call it 5 star facility by any stretch of imagination. will strongly recommend against this property!!!

Expensive . Breakfast was okish the food didn't looked fresh. Also this app mentions bathtub which itsnt there in any room at the hotel. Kindly update the information on booking.com app.

Excellent location. The rooms were very well designed and comfortable. Best for families with kids as it has kitchenette. Staff was great and provided exceptional service.

I was supposed to stay 3 nights; I only stayed one and got out of there. The upkeep was appalling. The floors in my apartment were sticky. The toilet seat cover was broken. For all the fancy appearance and pricing, the in-room experience was nauseating. The service is non-existent. I’ve found out that they’re under staffed. So they’ll charge me for a full service hotel but they’ll clean the room twice a week only. The restaurant staff is beyond awful. They couldn’t give us a table for breakfast for 90 minutes. Nor did they think it makes sense to give my four year old daughter a chocolate doughnut wrapped in a napkin since we had to leave for work. Finally, the kitchen is a joke. I asked them to make the blandest version of a curry possible for my daughter; it came to the room with extra chilli flakes on it. When I complained, they replaced it with 4 paneer pieces in a butter chicken curry tha still had rubbery pieces of chicken in it.

The property has potential. The apartments are well-sized and the location, while close to the “heart” of the city and the airport, still feels secluded and removed from the chaos of Mumbai.

1) Room - the room was not cleaned sufficiently when we checked in (lint everywhere including the floor) and we had to request a specific cleaning service. Also, there was no water as the tanks were being cleaned and we weren't informed either until we asked. Also, the bathroom smelled very bad (foul) throughout our stay despite repeated requests to attend to it. The flush did not work properly - we had to always flush twice and the water didn't seem clean at all 2) Noise - the place was much noisier than we expected as people were partying in their rooms until very late and despite requests to do something about it nothing was done - we could hear footsteps, people talking etc. - we just could not sleep! The noise proofing and in general the customer service was very bad!

Our experience frankly was very bad. Select staff members were very pleasant like Nandan in the breakfast room - but otherwise, the service was deplorable overall. The breakfast spread was good and Nandan was very kind always to check and ensure all our needs were met!
