Service is too late

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

best place to stay in, if you are visiting una. staff is very nice and hospitable, they have taken care of our early check-in and on a quick demand of a get-together party with friends, they have arranged a dinner for us. we will rate 5/5 ,special thanks to Mr Ritid.

They are unable to take International credit cards, and I paid in cash. Especially when ATM machines in India are not always dependable.

Ritid (owners son) was amazing. Very helpful, spoke really good English, even had great suggestions for future travel. The rest of staff also really tremendous, quick with service. The food at the restaurant was outstanding. Highly recommended. I loved that it was slightly out from downtown Una which reduced the noise level. It was a peaceful place to go to and relax and recharge. I recommend upgrading to the suite instead of the Deluxe room. It's a great pitstop on the way up to Dharamshala. It's a hotel that is still under construction so please be patient and understanding with the condition of all the facilities. Regardless check out the 3rd floor sun deck and the views from there. You'll appreciate the view. The price of the room makes it all worth it.

A beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and the amenities were good. It was a perfect stay.I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a good hotel in una and location is very good hotel located on main highway.Food was also good.Some part of the hotel was going through renovation but my stay and overall experience was superb.

The staff was very helpful and the service was excellent. We ordered breakfast in our room and the food was really fresh and the service very fast. Our rooms were also very neat and clean and our experience with hotel New York Plaza was superb. Highly recommended.

The hospitality is amazing staff are 5 star, they make you like home and very comfortable. Rooms are very specious and hygienic. Washrooms are very big and clean to. The staff is very polite and amazing very friendly. Room view is also good. Location is very good as on main Highway . Parking space is very good. Food is very yumm. Will visit again in this hotel. New York Plaza is beautiful hotel in una rooms are very beautiful and specious Washrooms are very hygienic and big too.Food menu is very large in term of taste it's best in una.Staff is very nice and hospitality is superb.
