The hotel location is great, can walk to most places within the French Quarter. Staff was warm and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, not too bad. The pool was well maintained and clean.

For vegetarian there was no choice of food . Daily only Dum aloo and dal was available . Shouls add more varietites . We had to go out for lunch and dinner . that is your minus point .TThere should be vartion in veg food

Staff was very co-operative ,specially mr Jagan who helped us in our local trvavel plan and was always helpful to answer our questions. Staff is your one of your major strength .

It is a pleasure to again visit this beautiful property. People I would recommend are Mr Farooq and Mr jagan Guest service associate exceptional people, with exceptional service 👏 Their general manager Housekeeping was taken diligently By Mr. Dinesh kumar , who left no stone Unturned,, will return back soon.

perhaps something could be done to keep the rooms soundproof . And also to stop external lights from creeping into the rooms at night.

The place is located in the heart of Pondicherry and has walking distance accessibility to many great food and local shopping places. Rock beach is a minute away and other beaches are also not very far. The hotel is neat, clean and has good food and services as well.

Cons - The quality of the food was the only con. I understand this is because of staff changes on account of covid

Average breakfast -food taste, qualitativ, variety can be improved, average spa facilities- Massage rooms should be equipped with air conditioners and more variety should be offered (not value for money), inflexible payment options (started perstering the guest more than 1 week before arrival to pay in advance contradictory to their booking.com policy, contacted through a random whatsapp number which is disrespectful to guest privacy and seems unprofessional), slightly overpriced

Big spacious rooms, Centrally located - walking distance from Promenade beach and all popular Cafés, friendly staff (gave good recommendations for sight seeing), very clean, nice pool, beautiful interiors which give a colonial french vibe

It was very good but the server said that he ram out of food and there was a confusion. We had specifically said that we were having a massage that morning and were in the breakfast area by 10.15. Poor communication by the server and then the chef made us 2 appams

Cable in the room did not have any channel working. Had to call repeatedly to turn on channels. I did not understand what was such a big fuss around activating cable in a room.

The location is right near beach. Beautifully done in French style with modern facilities. Swimming pool is a releif in hot Pondy weather. Staff is very attentive. Very well maintained facilities.
