Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaStaff are very cordial and friendly. has been very prompt and professional in the service rendered. Office was in ETV and was easy to commute daily to office. Concierge team and the house cleaning staffs has been prompt whenever I requested for their service. Assistant manager Sunil and Jugdev and Concierge incharge Raju has been very helpful when I had few concerns to address it promptly and set it right.

IndiaMoisturisers should have been kept on a daily basis by the housekeeping staffs during cleaning the room as the weather was bit cold and usage of moisturiser was excess whereas I had to ask for the moisturiser separately every time.
What I liked the mosty was the timely visit of the housekeeping staffs for tidying up the room, professional and well behaved staffs, lovely breakfast, well maintained health club which is open for 24 hours and located in the heart of the city.

KuwaitTheir spa facilities are excellent, but there is room for improvement when it comes to staff discipline and customer service.
We got our rooms upgraded, which made our stay quite enjoyable. I'd like to express my appreciation for several staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Jugdev from the front office provided excellent service. In fact, the entire staff was wonderful, with a special mention for Manu, who stood out for their outstanding service. I must also extend my commendations to Chef George from Europia 360; their rocca salad is simply outstanding. Additionally, Chef Musthaq from Saffron deserves recognition for his exceptional mutton biryani. It is a culinary delight that I highly recommend trying.
