Bathroom is functional but smelly, not very clean. The toilet seat lid is detached, which should be fixed. The wardrobe only has one cloth hanger. Some traffic noise as all rooms face a busy road, thankfully people don't honk crazily and it quiets down after 10pm. A little over priced for the overall quality of the room.

Complimentary airport pick up is nice. Air con is quiet and strong, shower water is hot. Room is bright of decent size, bed is comfortable. Some nice restaurants around: Kareem next door and Ashoka Veg at the corner are both good and reasonably priced, while Magic of South just behind has a wide range of amazing dosa and masala tea at low price.

It's been said before in reviews on here but the rooms are not clean and the linen didn't seem clean. The fact that it has been said before but continues is down to management in the end and clearly they don't care too much. There was dust on the floor and it looked like some parts hadn't been dusted for a while. There was limescale on the toilet flush which would be very easy to remove. The Wifi was pretty poor. Toilet seat was broken.

The room was large and had a balcony which we had not been expecting. The staff were friendly enough but the check in was very cumbersome and bureaucratic. The breakfast was delicious but on one day it didn't come till after 9.30am as it was brought in from another place - the hotel has no kitchen. The manager organised two cars for us and this worked out great. It was in a good location and not noisy at night. The shower was excellent both for temperature and power.

Beds could have been more comfortable. Room cleaning services should have been there without a ask. Bathroom should have been more maintained.

The rooms were clean though but there was no room cleaning service provided - Although we dint ask for the same. Bathroom was bit okiesh could have been better. Beds were again somewhat comfortable. Another positive thing was - We were supposed to starting with nearby tourist places early in the dawn around 4 AM. In such early morning also we got hot water bath as well - Appreciate that ! Staffs were well behaved, who also helped us to book local cabs to visit nearby tourist places. There is also an adjacent veg | non-veg family restaurant - Probably due to no other options for non-veg lovers can try that out.

you can tell this place was nicely refurbished or decorated in some recent past, but many things are way beyond their expiration date: shower curtain, disgusting bath mat, some sheets, moldy bathroom ceiy. nothing horrific but it really needs some slight updates or an "ick factor" may soon set in

wonderful hot shower. room is large and has nice balcony. the neighborhood is very centrally located, which is convenient. lots of nearby shops, restaurants, cafe's and groceries. great value for price.

The way staff has treated us. I am married but I don't have a marriage certificate and my wife's name has not been updated they were insisting me to prove that you are married and luckily I was having our marriage photos and family photos which I shared with them. I have visited many places but I had never experienced such an issue. This is the first time I was feeling uncomfortable staying there as the people were looking at us in a bad way.

This hotel needs a little maintenance. Out of the two rooms we have taken, safety lock from inside the room is not working and the second room door is stuck a bit. We have to use lot of force and strength to open and close it every time. Also the flush and health faucet did not work in one of the rooms

There was hair in the washbasin, flies in the room and bed. We were with an infant and these kinds of things are very unhygienic & dangerous. The check in process was also lengthy.

At first everything looks clean, especially in bedroom, but then in bathroom... dirt. As seen in photos - power plug and shower curtain dirty, some strange stains all over walls, one panel is missing on the ceiling, someone's hair on toilet lid... And second day, quite by chance, I found used ear stick under the tray with glasses in bedroom.
