The staff was extremely friendly.Special mention to Maira from the team,who asked for our feed back on the first day,post which gave us a free upgrade to a better and bigger room.She even helped us by sharing list of food joints and places to roam around.Her efforts in customer service are commendable.

The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast as well as the in room dining service. Pool is big and baby pool is also there. Special shout out to Debabrata, Chandan and Arun for their exceptional service. 👏

Apart from Swimming pool and Spa, there is no any other facility like gaming zone or gym

The property is located close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and hygienic. Staffs are very polite. We interacted with Debabrata and he helped us from the time checking in to checking out in all the way possible.

Distance between ac & bed was large. You need to keep fan on bcoz if you switch off fan you start feeling hot

Breakfast has good choice of food but can get over crowded and times the food/fruit trays were empty. The gym facilities are dated the weights machine is not safe whilst doing work out the weight go out of balance and lock. And the machines are not cleaned there was sweat drops on treadmill panel etc. The pool also was not kept clean there was leaves and also some dead insects floating about.

Nice location not too far from Beach. Some of the staff were exception namely Debabrata from the reception team and Maira. They always asked if everything was ok and also helped with the late checkout whilst other staff said hotel was fully booked, although I wasn’t really happy with the charge but we had not choice as had late flight to catch.

While overall it was good, would have liked to see some local Goan fare/cuisine at the breakfast table. Also if possible if they could arrange for a small kids play area, it would be good.

The staff were very helpful especially Maira and Debrata who assisted us during the time between reaching the hotel and Check in and also during check out. Also the Chapora restaurant staff and the other staffs were very helpful . The Mutton Biryani and the Chicken kababs from the Chapora restaurant was very well liked by my family and daughters. Also the kids loved the pool and enjoyed having a good time there.

The hotel was overcrowded due to the season. The facilities are not designed to accommodate a big crowd mainly the parking setup.

I loved this place, and I would like to thank everyone for making our stay so special. Starting with Debabrata, he is just amazing, he ensured smooth stay & gave us amazing recommendations Followed by Nobin, Nagraj, Partha for being so quick with every request we made And would also like to thank Debojit for arranging us a beautiful pool side dinner & maira for checking us every now and then if we need anything ! We were a bit concerned about the pool area. I had read recently on TripAdvisor a review from someone concerned about the pool management, spitting, drinking and smoking in the pool and we ourselves witnessed this. Was surprised to see drinks being served in glasses and glass bottles to customers actually in the pool and the glasses placed on the edge of the pool, especially with lots of children using the pool area.

Friendly staff and welcome on checking in. Lovely comfortable room. We requested a ground floor room as my wife has asthma and our request was granted. Good selection of breakfast options.

No lifts and we were on the 3rd floor. Luggage was carried for us tho so that was a bonus. If you struggle with steps make sure you request lower floor. Pool was fairly small and food is more expensive at the hotel than it is outside which is probably to be expected. Gym is very tiny and non existent. One treadmill couple weights

Friendly staff, good value for money, we even had a complimentary birthday cake. Hotel was clean and in a good location. Complimentary 2L of water everyday.

Breakfast option was good but lil redundant .since we stayed fir 4 days.

The prooerty gives a cosy feeling of a heritage property .close proximity to the beach ,main road is an added advantage. Staff were hospitable Debabrata was helpful,Housekeeping staff Simran was polite and prompt n zmyra ,guest rekations ensured timely feedback. We had a comfortable n pleasant vacation. On the flip side ,There r no elevators so for seniors ground floors r better.

I really wish that hotel maintains quiet hours after 10-11 pm and ensures the guests know about it. The room next to us was partying until 2 am and ignored our requests to keep it down twice.

The property is nice and beautiful, staff is very helpful and made our stay pleasant. The Premium room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious.
