- Rooms had some minor maintenance issues, like some plug points do not work, hot and cold water did not mix well in the shower, etc. These maybe specific to one room, as it wasn't the case in both the rooms we booked. - Reception staff is quite rude. They questioned us when we tried to ask for any basic service like mosquito repellant machine or getting plug points sorted, suspicious that we are lying or being careless. I am not sure why were they being stingy with it. I should add that these issues got resolved very quickly, it's just the staff response which threw us off. We also got a call at checkout chiding us like school kids, it could definitely have been handled better. It did not seem like the hotel is a part of Radisson quality and service. But would like to add that the service staff at restaurant and cleaning services were really nice. - Live music in the evening dinners was appreciated, but since it's a small space- it was just too loud to have a conversation or enjoy the food and ambience.

The room was on the third floor without elevator access. The hotel is inside a cramped narrow lane with no parking space but has valet. Need to inform valet 15-20 mins prior departure from hotel.

Repairing work was going on in some parts. Rooms are old and have lock issues, sofa cum bed does not work. In some rooms ac was not working. Property is not suitable for senior citizens. Ice on the fridge was not cleaned.

I was denied of the room first and was said that the booking will decline very soon we don’t have rooms available. Then when I told them that I have confirmation and will go no where now.Then I was making part payment but they didn’t checked me in until I gave them 90% advance. Washroom size was very small it was not comfortable at all,24 hours dirty utensils were lying on the stairs, swimming pool was used with people with their cloths on no body bothered whether the guest is in costume or not. They had extra chlorine in the swimming pool which infected(itching & paining)my sons eyes when I asked them do they have some medical for this they again said no . Surprised with this kind of services from Radisson.

Property is at good location Mr. Debo was very polite and supporting.

Rooms bedsheet were not clean at the time of checking in we did mention to change bedsheet. But it wasnt changed. We called the housekeeping team but they seemed too busy. We asked for Good night mosquito repellent, towels or bottles. It didn't come to room and we called again after 30 mins to remind them again. Because of this I will rate them low.

We had booked 2 Rooms 4 PPL Family. Vacation From 20 Oct to 22 Oct 2023. Rooms are new, spacious with balcony. The new building has lift for senior citizen. Debarata our room concierge 6404 and 6401. Very good in communicating skills. Helped us in making good decisions. Friendly, helpful, kind hotel staff. Morning Breakfast was amazing and widespread. Mr. Debojit captain of restaurant special mention to him. He manages his team very well. All the restaurant staff are hardworking and on toes. Mr. Saqlain the restaurant staff member twice helped to get masala chai from kitchen. Evening dinner at restaurant was good. Parking team was professional. Overall good experience.

The rooms were so dismal….they need brightening up …..a bit tatty …also too many steps….maybe white paint instead if varnish….coloured cushions curtains…balcony too small and too hot to sit on

Approach road to hotel is not good and it is difficult to locate.Bathroom is bit small and looks basic.

Hotel is nice but in our room there was frequent power cut issues and some sockets were not working. The main door lock was not working.

Sanjit who works there is a great man. He is really sweet, always serve the guests with a smile. Wishing him all the best in his career. The food in the restaurant is amazing and is every economical in price as compared to similar hotels. Overall, it was a great stay in park inn.

I was bit disappointed that the property didn’t have lifts in the rooms.

It was a pleasant stay at Park Inn Candolim. All the staff are very well trained, polite and helpful, special thanks to Maira for making our stay comfortable. She ensured that any issues are immediately resolved. Maira helped us with the extended check out in line with the hotel policy. Since there were no lifts and my mom was not able to walk stairs, considering the circumstances she made some exceptions and guest were allowed to meet in the room in line with hotel policy. kids loved the complementary gift given at check out. We loved the hospitality and the care shown by Maira as she kept checking on all guests and ensured that everyone is look after well.

The road which leads to the property is narrow, so if you have a big car like an SUV then it might be a little difficult to maneuver through it. Also, the entrance could be more spacious.

It was a pleasant stay at park inn, candilom. All the staff is very humble and helping, special Kudos to the customer relationship handling "Maira", everyday she made sure we had good breakfast and if needed anything more for oveall comfort.  The restaurant breakfast buffet spread was with varity options and staff was prompt that we never had to wait for tea/coffee, "Debajeet" was also very helping transferring our luggages and so is their manager "Raushan" who arranged few good things for us. They also offered us complimentary goodies like Goan sweet, Apples and Cashews, delivered to our room. And a little takeaway park-inn bag with water, fruity and small cashew pack inside it while checking out for our travel. The hotel is approx a kilometre away from the beach, we had booked delux room which are available in two design types, but the photos given are mix of two so check if want any type in perticular.
