Lounge is complementary in my booking but when visited there,they were not serving all brands of alcohol and brands served by they was very cheap.so I didn't visited there after that was highly disappointing.

1.Dinner buffet was limited. Could have been better by serving pasta, pizza and a live counter for grill or a dosa counter. 2.The ambience would be awesome if there was some music played in the background, especially for some special occasions like 31st December night. 3.There was some confusion from the hotel staff side regarding my booking as it was not updated in their system which caused delays in my room check-in. 4. No valet parking available in the facility. It was difficult to carry the luggage from the parking basement to the ground floor as there was no lift.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Was surprised to see the buffet for dinner arranged in the last minute because the hotel staff mentioned that there would be no buffet for dinner.

We stayed @ Fairfield for 4 nights, from 21-25 June 2023. Though we were upset about the room size, the staff of Fairfield, form Manager to the cleaning staff and security made our stay very relaxing, happy and comfortable. Manger Mr. Akhil, Chef Mr. Subash, trainies like Mr. Nisam and others are just couple of names I could memorise. Other front office staff restaurant staff, cleaners and even security ensured our moments memorable. Room and washroom were very clean.bed was so comfortable. Chef and all restaurant staff were very keen to serve and very service minded with a beautiful smile. Food was more Indian , and specifically South Indian, but was very yummy. I wish now to get some crunchy vada, yummy sambar, varieties of yoghurt and chutnies...Mr Akhil arranged for our late checkout so we didn't need to roam around with luggage till our train time. The staff are the asset of Faifield, Bout whom Marriott can be proud of

I would appreciate if there can be more focus on cleaning of the room. I think due to no ventilation, one can occasionally smell something.

It's just a place to stay and everything else needs to be arranged on your own. Like it was raining and they didn't have umbrellas, they couldn't arrange a car for us at short notice (we just went to the reception and asked if they had a car to drop us- we would have def paid). It was our first trip to Bangalore so we were not prepared for the uncertainties. The night menu (11pm-6am) was average.

The room was nice. The hotel was clean. The buffet was fine.

The property is bit old and toilet lacks proper maintenance. The room service personnels were slightly rude. Generally, the boys were lacking proper grooming and etiquette. Reception desk persons were friendly and nice though. The price was too high for the quality of service. Towels are clean, but old and slightly stained.

Location was convenient, my conference was in Whitefield area, so it served the purpose. Stuffs are friendly and helpful. Plenty of options for breakfast. Rooms are well-lit, comfortable bed. Room service was prompt.

For international guests, getting adapted to the local spices in food is not easy. So the menu for international plates should be spice free to adjust to the guests needs.

The comfort at the rooms was great, specially for international guests. Breakfast had many options and the service from the staff was always kind and with excellent disposition.

The staff was absolutely excellent. They were super courteous and always eager to help us. They tried to resolve any problems and concerns we had in the best possible manner and ensured full comfort for us. The overall vibe is that of a budget hotel. So while it is comfortable, I don’t think I would go back, except for the food maybe.

The staff and service standout. They really make an effort unlike some other high end hotels that we’ve been to. The dinner and breakfast buffet were great.

It's a bit older property with many changes in the ownership, had stayed in this property before being taken over by Marriott, the furnishings in the bathroom are stained and even have portions that have chipped off and plastered with tape
