We had an unpleasant experience before checking in. While we were driving towards Noida, I got a phone call from the hotel. An employee named Utkarsh asked me when do I plan to reach. I told him around 6 pm Then he said after 6 pm my booking will be cancelled!! I was surprised and told him I am driving and there can be delay due to uncertainty associated with traffic etc. but he said he can at best hold my booking till 7 pm after which he is going to cancel it. This was very odd. My booking was non-refundable and if I do not show up at all I should lose the booking amount anyway. But the hotel has no right to cancel my booking if I don't reach by 6 or 7. Although I reached at 5:45 and could check in without any problem. I mentioned this issue at the reception and they agreed that this phone conversation makes no sense. They confirmed there was a guy named Utkarsh who worked there. But I did not pursue it further. The house keeping could be better. There were lot of food crumbs on the couch in my room. In the shower, there was hair. Such things are off-putting.

The breakfast was good. The location was close to Noida expressway which was convenient for us since we drove there. The room had enough natural light. Our stay was overall pleasant.

Arrival experience of the guest can be improved. I had trouble getting in touch with hotel staff after i checked in my room. Hotel staff needs to be more proactive and response to guest requests should be quicker.

Breakfast buffet was good. Room was quite spacious. Swimming pool is great. Pasta and Tiramisu were exceptional.

Taking advance money while checkin was a bit unprofessional according to me. This is not the standard for a high star hotel like Raddisson. I didnot ask about the same, and quietly paid what I was asked for, as it was a tiring day.

The Breakfast at Raddisson was a great spread of indian and continental cuisine. Neat, good courteous staff and a great chef made the morning food into a sumptuous breakfast. Enjoyed eating there. Everything about the Raddisson at Greater Noida is kudos. Highly recommended for business as well as family travel.

Thanks to the front desk staff Mansi, Sarfaraj and one more lady (sorry forgot the name) managed the show very beautifully and efficiently. They are super efficient and carry a smile on their face. Restaurant staff as well is very cheerful and efficient. Needless to say, the amenities in the hotel are class. Loved the work table in the room.

I feel they should have one more person to handle the front desk. Specially during peak hours I feel the work load is very high on the front desk staff.

A true star property in greater Noida. Very good staff and amazingly clean place. Room is very spacious and amenities are beyond your expectations. Interesting breakfast and certainly a good place to stay. Work table and chair is very comfortable good choice of channels in the TV. Sarfaraz, Mansi and one more girl in the front desk are super efficient. During peak hours these three were mashing the show very well. Coincidentally I met the h/k manager in the elevator along with the engineering manager of the property. They are bundle of energy.
