The wellness centre which included the swimming pool was not maintained well and was dirty.

When we arrived, the room had a poor smell ( like vomit). When I asked for a room change the hotel staff sent someone to spray air freshener. I’m allergic to air freshener so that was not an adequate solution. Also the air conditioning was far too cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature.

Great location with a beautiful view of the race club and the hills. The restaurants are pretty high quality. The spa was a wonderful experience. And the staff at the restaurants, housekeeping & the front desk were very courteous. Special mention of Mr. Maqsood who helped manage and resolve a few things we needed help on.

We asked for room change and upgradation on payment, they didn't consider, since we booked via booking. Com, so they were reluctant and not considered. Again we are going from 21st to 26th of March, this we expect hill view suit what we booked and not responding to mails, just thet say on arrival availability, we booked well in advance , why not giving better view and preferred suit and room.

I stayed two days, on both days I was woken up as soon as I'd fallen asleep, around 3pm. First day, "This is a courtesy call" and second day "This is in-room dining, did you like your food?". I was surprised to learn they do this for every customer. People come to a hotel to rest, to be woken up for no reason BY THE HOTEL is insanity. Also, the breakfast is just plain terrible. The fresh fruit tasted like onions (like it had been cut with a dirty knife), the Indian food was of a very strange inedible quality and Western was also sub par - none of it what you'd expect for the price of this hotel.

Rooms are very comfortable and quiet, the location of hotel is good. Until there are comparable options in Mysore I will continue to stay here.

The room was fine and clean but eating areas not so good, especially the eating area which was dirty. Tables left dirty with food still on the tables. Reception staff were great but the rest of the staff need some customer service training. Pool table in the bar was great but then told we had to pay before playing!

One tiny thing that bothered me was too many of the staff interrupting during meals to ask if we liked the meal. And even calling after room service to ask. If we liked the food. This does become annoying after a point. Though the staff has the best intention in mind and are extremely nice.

Very comfortable rooms. Bigger than average. Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. For business class rooms they have a nice lounge to work from Restaurants in the hotel are very good so you don't really need to step out for dinner. Variety of food is great For women travelling alone, this hotel feels very safe and even has a safety lock so that the door cannot be opened from outside

The dinner buffet was very okay, bland in taste, when asked for a customised pasta the waiters were clueless and wanted an approval of manager, inspite of it we had to explain everything again and then we ended up getting a cold penne pasta as bland as the original one. I'm sorry to say, every single thing in Radisson is top notch excepting the lunch and dinner buffet and staffs hustling around for no reason but creating inconvenience.

The location and the view from our room was fantastic. Staffs were very courteous and facilities were excellent.

A pity that the traffic noise disturbs the peace of the very well kept garden.

Very comfortable accommodation and lovely view of Chamundi Hill from our room. Excellent staff, in particular Simon the concierge for whom nothing was too much trouble. Good choice of food in the buffet restaurant. Lovely clean, big swimming pool.

A few refinements here needed for the full 5 star experiebce, but nothing major to speak of.

It felt like a very nice 4 star, or an acceptable 5 star hotel. The pool was great. The breakfast was pretty good, what you would expect. It also had a gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi etc. The bed was super comfy and the shower was nice. Also they were cool with me arriving early and leaving late (and staying by the pool), which was appreciated.
