Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaCafeteria hrs were too short. They don't provide tea/ coffee in the evening, even though I was ready to pay for that. TV was useless because the set top box was not recharged. Internet was also not working.

IndiaTV was not working. Breakfast was not upto the mark. Movement is a bit difficult as no taxi, bikes, autos are available nearby.
The staff are good but need to be trained. The Senior Manager and his Assistant were very helpful.

IndiaFar away from city. Difficult to get transport. Food at the resort, ok. Service takes lot of time. Always busy in logging into system, later service. Small 'dim lit' rooms. Basic amenities. Can not rate three stars. Econamise on providing coffee and tea, limited tv channels,. Staff courteous but helpless. Transport to and fro from the resort works out expensive, you depend only on taxis, no autoes, Bike taxis. If you are looking for Goa's life, shopping etc this is not the place. Nothing arround and far.

IndiaPlace is a bit inside residential colony. No shop, restaurant nearby. Main road is almost 1km walking distance. No public conveyance. Punjim is 5 to 6 km far.
Place is cool, clean with greenery. Staff cooperative.

GreeceThe bed sheets were having a lot of marks without being removed or replaced with new sheets The WiFi was not working except from the lobby, they said they moved us to another room but never happened The remote control of the AC wasn’t working even the second one they brought us. As a result we opened the windows, which didn’t have any mosquito net so they were biting us all night long The hot water was the same problematic so we had to bring back our military memories with total cold water.
Not much since the conditions of staying we’re facing a lot difficulties!

The staff especially Diksha , Sonia and Ivor went out of their way to look after us. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was large and very clean with good Wi-Fi. The food was excellent. The owner was extremely helpful with lots of good ideas on what to do, He even gave us a lift in his own car so we could pick up the electric scooters.

IndiaFood tasty and quality and behaviour of chef was unacceptable. Also there was no restaurant or anything nearby so we had eat every meal there.its was my worst food experience in goa. Butter paneer masala was sweet I don't if they have a qualified chef or not.
Property is very beautiful. Swimming pool is very beautiful and I enjoyed swimming alot. Room service was good. Specially their staff Rahul soheb and Murthy's behaviour was very good.
