1. Needed to give multiple reminders to the staff for anything like temperature of AC. 2. Had some really noisy neighbours. Even when the phone rang in the other room, we could hear it. 3. The breakfast buffet was not at all good considering the amount we paid for the room for a night.

The aircon units probably have mold. I woke up with a cough each morning. A wall plug came out when i pulled out my charger adapter once done. Hotel needs refurbishing. The in room dining kitchen needs to have staff who can understand English. It was only after I agreed that the item was FEEESH AND SIPS did i get my Fish and chips. Not much available if you need less spicy food. Taste of food is nothing to write about. Breakfast was just okay. I had informed a few ppl in front desk and taken their permission for an hour's extension at checkout. Despite that I kept getting calls asking me if I was checking out and this was at 11 am

Comfy beds. Courteous staff. Proximity to NESCO. House keeping swiftness. Toileteries. Did I mention the staff were polite and helpful?

A bit too noisy and the access to gates was difficult, we have to get off our vehicles to walk another 200 mts to the hotel

Since I had indicated it was me alone staying at the hotel, maybe i could have been allocated a large bed instead of twin small beds. The two beds in the room were a bit small.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Except that they wanted me to clear the accommodation cost on the day I was checking in, which is not normally the case for other hotels. But I guess it was because my credit card kept malfunctioning.

Room service is very basic and food is not great. They recommended buffet in the single restaurant but if you are too tired to go down, the room service options are not good. A few soups, sandwiches and pizza that I did not relish.

Breakfast was a small but decent and tasty buffet. Staff at the property (every one of them) are 7 stars! Very courteous, thoughtful, prompt, helpful, amazing! Thank you staff of Residency!

The table next to the entrance and Wardrobe in the master bedroom are very old and not clean as well. No provision to keep the luggage of the guests who is arriving earlier than official check-in time. We haven't get the apartment key even at 3pm as per the check-in agreement.

Location is very good. 2 minutes is to reach to underground train U3 by walk. Room was very warm and comfortable to stay.

I stayed on 1st floor right below the kitchen. There was noise (moving of heavy items) coming from the kitchen at the 2nd level very early in the morning, perhaps 4am something. It was quite annoying.

DOUBLE BED CUSHION NOT VERY GOOD. SIZE SMALL FOR COUPLE. DUE TO SPRINGS UNEVEN WE TEND TO MOVE ON EDGE, SO FEAR OF FALLING DOWN.

Toilet cleaning is good but the supply on every clean up is not consistent. Sometimes towels are missing or toothpaste.

Breakfast was very basic and limited. The amount we paid for a night is a 5 star hotel charges but this hotel couldnt provide the good breakfast.

As it is a Sarovar Portico, I was expecting more however it was fine. The breakfast was ok not so good and very limited. rooms are good and clean. Location was fine because the access to hotel was from back side of the hotel so front access was blocked .

They don't replenish tea bags, water bottles, soap etc., regularly. Very stingy in this respect.

Property is located well. It is clean as well. Breakfast spread is really good.
