Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Indiathe resort rooms shown in the pictures are in new building and the hotel gave us third class room in old building where lift was not present. bed sheets were not changed .kettle was dirty. lobby was dirtiest like hostel.

IndiaI wanted a pool facing room but couldn’t get it. Another issue - I was under the impression that I have booked a deluxe room it would be pool facing and there would be lift service. I got a premium room and not a grand premium which was pool facing and had lift service. I didn’t have access to lift and the balcony opened onto a courtyard. No issues- I was satisfied with the stay , the rooms are huge and clean and amenities adequate.
Breakfast was good.

IndiaWe stayed for 5 day and had the worst experience.The picture of the room displayed on the App was entirely different from the room we were give. Although the hotel staff offered us a change of room. But yet the room was below satisfactory. There was a constant stink/smell of the drainage everywhere in the room. The furniture in the room were old. The washroom was never cleaned by the housekeeping. Basic things like a toilet roll was not kept in the washroom. Will never recommend this property to anyone. There much properties within the area at a much cheaper rate and better service.
Apart from it being close to the beach there is nothing good about the property
