Check in process could be much more efficient. Service courtesy can be improved (more consistent across all staff) some were great, some were not so.

Whatelse - Provide elevators to the staff as well as the guests to turned down their sufferings

They don't have lift facilities Eladers suffer a lot They should thik of providing elevators to elders and service people who take the luggages on stairs. They promised me that they could allot a room downstairs but the didn't. While alloting rooms pleae give Credence to the guest's age/

Very disappointing room service. Whatever we ordered through hotel restaurant , they took too long to bring it to room. No lift service available. Properly is quoted with very high cost and there are not much facilities available for that.

The rooms were well maintained. The property is located in very prime location and easily accessible to all major place of interest. Their restaurant setup is really awesome! Open lawn candle light dinner set up was very attractive. The rooms were big and spacious with a balcony view.

Over valued based on the heritage tag. There are many other heritage locations we have been to that allows you to get the real experience. This place is so small that it is like staying at an old place that’s all. Rooms aren’t anything to match the price charged. The difference between the “normal” vs. “luxury” rooms is just that the luxury rooms have been renovated. But still underwhelming. Service extremely poor, especially in the restaurant.

The ambience in dining area is amazing... The room is spacious enough. However, the facilities in the roomsuch as shower, hot water, internet, lighting are very poor. The bath tub and shower curtains were unhygeinic. Force of shower was pathetic. The localised geyser for hot water took its own Sweet time. Response from house keeping when we rang was very delayed, service in dining area was also very slow

The service was exceptionally poor. The room, “a luxury heritage room” was sub-standard to say the least (including a broken geyser). Unapologetic staff who refused to acknowledge issues with service, with rooms, with waiting times. Extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. Exorbitant price for exceptional poor quality!

The property is old, and it is showing in everything. The toilets have old fixtures, and the bath tubs are stained. You need to shower in the tub, so forget about a dip. The room was smelly; we could not make out from where—toilets or from the drains. The renovation works are on, and they seemed to go on late in the night (11:30 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.). The property has roads on two sides, and the traffic noise filters in. In addition to this, the passing trains and their horns are something to contend with.

The breakfast spread was good. The food overall was tasty and of good quality. The quantity was sufficient. It is not surprising that the lunch buffet is very popular, and there are many tourists flocking to the restaurant in the afternoon. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing, could not find a better place to stay with my family.

Everything from the start to finish was great at this hotel, we had an amazing stay with my family and the staff went over the expectation to make our stay comfortable. Only the drilling noise from the next room was not always pleasant, but when we told the management about the noise, they managed to stop that. Thanks everyone for making our stay comfortable!

Excellent hotel and restaurant. We were a group of 19 friends travelling together and had a fantastic stay! So nice to stay in this hotel and not one of the clinical new build developments on the edge of town. The hotel has lots of charm, is in a perfect location to walk everywhere and the staff were lovely.
