Everything was fantastic… sometimes the staff at breakfast would get confused with the orders because they’re were no assigned staff at the table, which caused confusion.

Loved the staff, they made us feel very welcomed. Mr Moti at the gym was very helpful and friendly.

We were given a very noisy room just above ongoing renovations even though there were rooms free in the other wing, and it took too long to change the room. The room keys stopped working on day two so we had to join the long queue to get them fixed.

After a switch we got a very comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent. Good shopping and restaurants around the corner.

Not much! Security checks were quite oppressive and the roads around the hotel feel sketchy.

Extremely clean, modern, safe and therefore comfortable. Fresh eggs for breakfast among a wide choice although the general quality across the spread is not fantastic. Very helpful staff although the receptionists were a little cold for some reason. Handy to walk about of the back gate and across the road to the shopping centre for some other food options; the road is a little dark though. I used Travel House through the hotel as a car shuttle for work for all four days of my stay and Nagender offered a very friendly and excellent service. Would stay here again if I had to return to Delhi.

Folks at reception could be more trained both in efficiency and soft skills , like for a person staying there since the past 10 years they still look so cold. I love the property and despite other hotel options I always go for Sheraton saket.

Sheraton saket is my regular place for staying and that’s because of the familiar and very efficient staff, I can’t say that for the people at the reception folks but right from the door man to concierge to Th bell boy to the people serving you at the breakfast place or Satish at the coffee shop ,they just make your stay wonderful. I wish they could pass on some tips to their colleagues at the reception

Everthing was just perfect from the security to the room. Room service another 5⭐️rated. Wish d room fridge provides budwizer & vodka😊(am i spelling it correct?) Breakfast though i enjoyed only once in my 4nights stay(had to fast on medical ground) was super crazy...overall superb! keep it up Sheraton.. booking again sooner 🙌

Everything was excellent

Location was fantastic and was within short walking distance to two top notch shopping malls of South Delhi, Select City Walk and DLF Avenue. Room was great and breakfast was fabulous. The restaurant staff were very courteous so were the staff of entire property. My wife unfortunately tripped and fell outside the main building and was injured. But the instant care she received from the guards at the gate, front desk and lobby staff was unforgettable. That speaks of the professionalism of the people working at Sheraton Saket. We will certainly come back when we are around in New Delhi, India for our next trip.

I didn’t like how they charge me for 2 days and I only stay one. We were supposed to come at 9PM one day and I arrived at 1:00am next day and still I was charged for 2 days . I was very upset .
