1.Poor Maintenance,not value for money. 2.Found couple of mice’s in room ,jumping on the teas satchel and around the room.Have videos of it. 3.wet towels were provided,reason there was no sun for few days.

Its location only. Though it hard for early to walk from the main road to this hotel. People are friendly. Good views close to ghats

Because of its location right on the ghats, its a bit difficult to reach this place easily. There is a point beyond which taxis and rickshaws cannot take you, so you basically have to walk the last stretch to the hotel. There are steps and narrow lanes on the way. So for someone with walking difficulty or lots of luggage, it could be quite a task to reach there. The owner did arrange for a person to pick us up from the main chowk as the small lanes are almost impossible to understand, especially as we reached quite late. The place can use some renovation. The balcony is the highlight because of the view but wasn't very clean.

The location is the highlight of this hotel. The staff was helpful. The view from the room was absolutely fabulous and hands down one of the best places to stay at the ghats at a decent price. It was neat and comfortable.

The room was much smaller than what we ordered, we had to argue to get breakfast (which was included in our booking) and we were debited twice for the stay. We made reception aware of this at the time and they did nothing. You should avoid such a dishonest hotel.

It was unhygienic, the fire broke in the stabiliser and it was too risky. the bathroom was stinking. AC dint work because of the fire in the stabiliser. Location is far from the road, you need to walk a lot to rich the temple.

Amazing location. What a splendid view it was. One can experience the exact vibe of Varanasi right from the room. Amazing staff. Hands down the best stay in Varanasi. Highly recommend.

Restaurant was hot and without AC, the service was poor and breakfast was not available before 9:30 am. In the room wardrobe there was no hanger and the rod that holds hangers was missing.

The hotel managent is worst, they try to optimise their cost by shutting of Room ACs and claiming power fault. They will also shut the lift in the pretence of power fault. Senior citizens stay away. This hotel has a huge problem of approach road. One needs to manouvre huge stretch of narrow confusing lanes in order to reach the hotel from city, making it difficult for senior citizens. The other option is walk via the ghats but that means climbing up and down huge steep stone stairs. The rooms they call superior or maharaja , have tiles breaking and falling. LIZARDS and INSECTS are there everywhere. The toilets and the bathtubs are very dirty. With hair clogged in places. They do not provide complimentary water bottles or toiletries. For Television viewing you will meed to recharge the cable yourself as none of the cable tvs are recharged. You will get toileteries only soap only if u ask for it. And the soap is small tablets which wont serve u any purpose. Their restraunt is the worst, incase u order something you will get it after minimum 2 hrs. And I got tea and pakoras in 2 hrs. My family had to skip meals in order to avoid this harrasement.Later I endes up ordering via Zomato and Swiggy. If you ask for cleaning the room and take away the used utensils , then for that too you need to wait for half a day. Superior family room AC doesnt work infact there are open naked wiring which is giving sparks , risking guests life due to electric shock. Its just a thug money looting enterprise . They will promise you a motor boat for Rs 1500 and last minute they will say motor boat is unavailable and ask u to use a manual boat which wont take you to all the places promised. I have been in cheaper hotels with way better ethics and service. Please stay away or regret your decision which will ruin your stay in the holy city. Donot go by the river view , because you wont be enjoying the view if everything else in unlivable.

I don't recommend this hotel, it is expensive and it's not clean, rats, lizard and cockroaches will also stay with you. hotel is close to ganga river - from the main road you will have to walk 10 to 15 mins. Car or any other vehicle wont enter the street. The street roads are very narrow. The location is awesome but the hotel is a disappointment

Friendly and helpful staff and guide Mr.Rakesh. Superb location on the banks of the Ganges. Great food at the restaurant Overall a fantastic experience in Varanasi. For the price best bang for buck staying on the ghats of Varnasi as this my 3rd varnasi visit and making it a memorable experience was in choosing this accommodation on the Ghats of Varnasi!😊
