Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property is not maintained at all. The night manager first denied to give rooms although we have connected prior and got the confirmation that we are reaching late due to flight delay and estimated time is 1am but still we struggled till 2am to get the rooms. The booking.com and fab group should look into this. Anyways Mahipalpur has such reputation and can expect much. Next time No to Mahipalpur. Breakfast was simply pathetic and unhygienic.

United KingdomThe bedding was dirty, pillows were sticking out of the pillowcases. The towels were old and torn. The shower was useless. Also they wanted to charge 11,000 rupees for a family member to sit in our room for couple of hours. which is ridiculous. The reception staff who checked is in was arguing. in the end he agreed.

FranceNo Cleanliness whatsoever. Stain Pillow and bedsheet, room stinks and the shower were not in shape. and they charged around 5000 for that. Pathetic. I'll not recommend others to blindly trust fabhotels.
One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. 5000 for a room which is not even worth 1500. I'd rate minus in cleanliness and zero for accessibility. I have taken pictures of the room to share. If you are really interested then let me know, i'll share it. the booked this hotel blindly trusting the brand FABHOTEL. After that experience, I do not have that trust anymore, even fab is as worst as OYO
